I use flex a prene welding cable for my welders and for audio. Welding cable is the way to go.

I believe they were made in the early 90's and I believe KU40 is correct at 150 watts.

You would not believe what you can make with that stuff. Once the haunt is complete, I will snap some pictures of what we have made. seeing pics of all the stuff you've made for it would be badass We are currently resetting all of the walls, as we start setting the props, I will take some pictures and post them.

When you get your new battery use some dialectic silicone on the battery posts. This will help keep them clean.
