  1. selections are endless as to what you can play....anything that gets loud on your system.
  2. what is your box tuned to?
  3. dont get to crazy with the volume knob is probably the best advice i can give you. check, recheck, and tripple check all your wiring and amp settings. windows up or down depends alot on the vehicle, so that is something a termlab or your ears will have to determine. seat down is usually louder as well.
  4. Fi Q should do you wonders in the right enclosure. what do you plan on tuning to? or are you running it sealed? for head units i, personally, wouldnt use anything other than alpine or pioneer. the specific deck though depends on what features you would be looking for. also what amp do you plan on using for the Q?
  5. im not bashin....its just what i see.
  6. if you think you will find a GOOD battery for 60 bucks and you think the big 3 costs 400 bucks you have no idea what you are doing... and give me shit about it, i dont care. to me it honestly sounds like your clueless.
  7. its not gonna show whats in your shopping cart...it will show whats in whoever clicks on the link. which is most likely nothing
  8. everytime i see a picture of a nightshade i fall in love with them those things are beasts
  9. i see too many complications that would come from this. either from complaints from people recieving the used sub, trade in value...etc etc.. the idea itself is a good one, but i dont know if it should be put into play.
  10. it makes a difference....but like he said that shouldnt be the deciding factor.
  11. if thats 1200 per sub i would go with the bl, personally. but as you said "for the money" the AQ subs are obviously cheaper. ive heard both, and both get plenty loud and you wouldnt be disappointed with either. if thats 1200 TOTAL i would look into different subs....nothing wrong with underpowering, but if thats all the power you have you should consider a different choice of woofer(s).
  12. hes a good guy....probably one of the most reputable here. he's no harm lol. just truthful. and i mean honestly....look at his sig. back on topic....i agree with the ported 12" ssd idea you had.
  13. There is way to much missing for anybody to help you. Powerin them box size and tuning personal goals etc....
  14. 187 never came to mind. Don't know much about IA but would definately consider it. And that is the reason they are in my room. I don't like the way they sound sealed in my car.
  15. I'm tired of not having any beat at all so I'm getting a box tuned to 32hz and need some subs. I've heard type r's plenty of times and have two tens in my room. I have never heard the p3's buy have heard good things about them. How do they compare to the sound of the type r? I just need some beat right now and I don't wanna spend more than 130 on my subs. I know either would be a good buy but I can get the p3 for a bit cheaper. Anyway let me know whAt you guys think would be the better choice.
  16. Very nice
  17. Why would you need them reconed every now and then with that much power daily.
  18. any sub will shake your car...both are good choice, both sound good. what are you looking for in your system?
  19. there isnt enough room in a silverado for 2 12's? never actually been inside one, figured there would be.
