  1. http://www.floridacaraudio.com/?p=16 Great product, sale ends January 1st
  2. Like I said, I'll have lots of overhead ;0 I acutally don't have an amp right now, the deal fell through so I may be getting something else. I don't usually have the sub turned up as near what it's capable of. I bought my alarm (CompuStar Pro P2W9000FMR), along with hoodpin, trunk solenoid I'll have it installed soon. This alarm is bad ass!
  3. v0 is better than 320?
  4. To harsh?? I'm about to buy a pair, I heard they sound great
  5. You do lose quality of the audio because it's compressed when loaded on an iPod. Plus the original audio is probably not lossless anyway. I haven't noticed any problems with loudness, that can be adjusted when loading songs onto the iPod.
  6. So you listen to CD's in your car as opposed to something like an ipod? btw, where can I see pics of the civic?
  7. My recent blog post.. http://www.floridacaraudio.com/?p=15 Anyone do the same?
  8. Well, at least I noticed the detail on the amp install. Great job on the wiring, and snap-on FTW
  9. The manual for the SX 2-channel amps say 0.02 @ 4ohm stereo, and 0.2 at 2ohm stereo The SX 4channel amps don't go below 1% THD
  10. The Kicker SX series have a lot of adjustability with the digital eq's built into them. 0.2 THD FTW
  11. It's currently laying under carpet, towards the top. I may have to check that area, maybe behind the kick as well. I had it mounted in the jeep in the same spot, seems to be fine, it isn't noticeable. I think you're right, I'm headed more to the SQ side! But I'll have 4wk for some overhead
  12. Wow, that is impressive!

  17. Be aware this unit doesn't show dual line display for ipod. Only one. lame.
  18. Alan is claiming he can now do a 183 with 1 sub. He's always backed up his claims. Most people throw as many subs as they can into the extreme cars, but the more subs, the higher the freq. But, Db Drag is capped at 80hz.

  20. Steve, thanks for taking the time to post all of the pics you do. These build logs are the best! That RF wire looks like Kickers, but different colors. Is it as flexible?
