  4. With one D1 sub you can only wire it to a half ohm, or 2 ohms. If you wanted to run the amp at 1 ohm you shouldve got a D2 BTL.

  8. My threads up! It's named Second Skin Damplifier Pro. Posted on classifiedzz: And here (explorer forum): http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2353128#post2353128 And SMD: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/index.php?showtopic=64876
  9. Well first i gotta thank Ant and everyone at secondskin for giving me this opportunity to install this top of the line product! Personally i have had experience with just regular damplifier on my friends trailblazer, stuff worked wonders and fixed the annoying rattle he had in his roof. Now on to my damplifer pro, first time i put it in was on the roof and on the floor of my trunk, just by doing that it got rid of ALOT of road noise and my roof is solid as a rock now. Then tonight i had the time to install the rest, and decided to do my doors, took awhile but man was it worth it. Immediately after putting everything back together i noticed how much better my door speaker's sounded, bass and everything was ALOT more clear and were louder than before. Now i did this in my shop while it was storming like hell outside, and the rain was LOUD hitting the top of the shops metal roof. I got in my car and shut the door and mostly all the loud noise went away. Felt like i was sitting in my mom's maxima it was so quiet in there. Ill DEFINITELY be buying more of this when i have the money and will do the whole car. Anyways here's some pics of the install. Went ahead and foamed while i had everything apart Btw i apologize it took so long for me to get this done, been real busy lately but finally got the time to do it
  10. I'm Jealous
  11. 6000, 8000, or 12,000, I'm not sure on the ballast yet. 6000k ftw mine are like a very very light blue
  12. Its actually not too bad. they are aimed pretty low, and so far i havent got bright lighted
  13. Thanks man what kelvin are you getting? and what watt ballast?
  14. Heres my high/low beam kit i got in today. Bulbs are 6000K and i got the 50W ballasts. Im suprised at how bright these things are! They blow my old sylvania silverstar ultra's out of the water and they were very easy to install! And Il make sure to point anybody who's looking for hid's to futurevision. Anyways heres some pics of the install and a vid of them warming up.(camera does no justice) got these at futurevisionhid.com btw Testin them out before i put everything back together.

  18. I did my roof and the floor of my trunk(have pics if you want me to post). but i still have around 4 sheets of the black damp pro and 2 from the old damp pro. Been busy with semester exams at school but that were on break i can finish it all up. Should use the rest sometime this week, most likely monday.
  19. Good option, this would probably be easier also.
  20. Go to photobucket.com, make an account, upload your pics there. Then once done uploading copy the direct link of each picture and when your about to post the pics on here click the insert image icon above where you type, paste it in there and do that for each one.
  21. Best way i could put it at the moment
  22. This is used for mostly mp3's or audio files which lose sound quality when they are compressed. That feature pretty much gives all that sound quality back.. This video explains it very well.
  23. I have to agree, that chrome Fi logo is sexy as hell!
