And! debadging the side explorer logos, and the back sport one. Keeping only the one on the back replacing the R in explorer with a D, blacking it out so its official name will be exploder

o, and heres a couple new pics of the exploder with the ugly grey bumpers gone. Finally painted em Rims n tires + new black headlight housings + alt + 3 more batts = around christmas time. then another 2500D to add to the collection And all my decals will be in a dark grey instead of white

Kind of a tease, i know all corners = "45ed" with resin, mdf 45 below the port. dowell rod bracing. 12.07cuft @ 33Hz = alot smaller and will come up a tiny bit over my backseat headrests now. Old box had loading problems, this new one should fix that.

O and btw, thanks alot to Mark and Aaron for making speakers that make my back glass opening come completely off

Coming right up;) not finished yet btw. But im thinking wednesday the box will be done. by the weekend ill have it covered in black vinyl along with maybe the lettering which ill get to later ;P

What kind of box did you have? Was it more like a CRX style box or just a standard slot port?

Well mines 13.35cuft @ 33Hz including sub and port displacement. Its huge :v really considering building a new box here soon.

Your right, funny thing is the sunroof still works perfectly fine. And notice when i point the camera at the side window, the whole side of my car flexes :v its crazy lol!

Thanks man, and theres no comparison. Bass is so much cleaner, ALOT louder and the amp doesnt get hot, ever. I have pics of the AQ guts vs the Sundowns If anyone wants me to upload them i will.

Thread is old as hell, an i havent been active lately cause im workin all the time. But heres a vid i managed to take with the sundown 2500D Box will be wrapped in black vinyl, the herculiner didnt work like i wanted it to. so box is not done, but am thinking about building another. Amps just layin down in the back for now till i figure out what i want to do. Tell me whatcha think! (My phone doesnt pick up everything to well :/)

You really should, that would be sick! Need more power and batts though :/ ye i know :/ its still got some work, if only i had a camera around for every demo i give and peoples reactions. Its priceless

What will you be doing with the SAZ 2500D after you get your SAZ 3500D? I may be interested in buying it so I can strap it with my SAZ 2500D that i just got! Ill be selling it
