Been following her on instagram . Getting her involved in ssa was a good move. Her post are entertaining and upbeat. She's easy on the eyes and seems genuinely interested in the hobby. Just another reason to love ssa even more. Good work.

I had a 12 inch zcon on a bc3500 for a year and gave it hell. With good electrical. Sold it to a buddy of mine and it still looked new. The coil wasn't even tinted. He had it for 1 week and ran it in the same box on a audio pipe 1800 and fried it.

Yeah i had the one 12 for a year and beat the shit out of it with a bc3500. Acted like it wanted more... Lol you remember. @Billy Jack zcons are amazing subs. If you haven't ever seen or heard one in person i suggest you try to.

Seriously considering these myself. I see Fi has some new mids as well. DSS has some neo mids that seem decent too. After owning a zcon though I'm a huge Ssa fan so it's a tough decision.

Thats kinda the reason i made the post. Was looking for input/experience with different setups that would help me archive my goal. I've never had a wall or blowthrough. With that being said i have no preference.

$4k was budget for subs only. Other gear i listed was stuff i already have that i could use. Doesn't necessarily mean that I have to.

Ok guys, I've been on here before and wasn't very helpful. Earned myself a - 70 something rep. Let's change all that and start fresh. I'm gonna do a big ass build in a 02 f250 ext cab. I'm not completely new to car audio but I'm far from pro. Ok, so my goals is to get very very low. I'm looking to do hair tricks and what not. I don't want it to be a one note wonder. I want to be able to play normal music. Meaning not bass boosted or anything but i need to be able to clearly hear the words. Willing to do custom doors and boxes and all that. Gear i can reuse is as follows. Soundqubed comp set,Sundown 50.4, Crescendo bc5500 and a pioneer 80prs. Really what advice im looking for is mids and highs. I'm not a huge fan of these qubes mids. Also, advise on type of box/wall/blowthrough. I really would like to stick with 12 inch woofers just because i absolutely love a loud ass 12 system. I would also like to hear people's opinions on subwoofers that excel in this situation. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Just grab a single 12 zcon and build a box that ssa recommends. You will be amazed.

A zcon will blow away ANY pair of jl anything. Get louder and lower and sound better while doing so..

If you wanna come by when I get the wood. . Will be this month sometime. Probably a couple weeksI'll help. Need me to bring any tools?
