BL is more for a daily ground pounder that will be loud and still maintain a decent amount of sound quality.

Are you using any internal bracing? With what you gave I come up with 8.059ft^3 before end correction. Bromo could you tell us where were wrong?

It can be done, but it is hard on the amp and the electrical. Do you have the electrical to back it up? If your electrical is not beefed up, POOF will go the amp!

Cuz it would sound like Nick or Scott would be able to tell you all the technical reasons as to why not! These are the guys building the subs. If they say not to do it then I would listen. They Designed, engineered and built the subwoofers, they know best.

do you still have the same truck that is on your profile? I was just wondering cause Im gonna be putting these in my 2000 Z71 Ext Cab. Do you think a 7in deep downfire box would be ok or would i need to just build a new one disregarding the back seat ?(its not that important, nobody rides back there anyway ha). I removed my back seat.
