Looks great! The D-CON 10" is a great subwoofer.

There is one store local that has this attitude. They carry DD, Focal, Memphis and American Bass. Their idea of pricing is MSRP and then put in on sale for 10% off. They get pissed off when somebody brings up their high prices or another brand they don't sell. Actually it's just one of the owners that has that attitude. But then he is the first to say "Wow business is slow"..... !

Doesn't DD recommend 40hz for tuning? Sub and port up will probably give you the best result.

x2 or the "Loud" function turned on Set your bass at 0 on the head unit or if you have a built in eq and can adjust it set it to flat and try going from there.

Are you willing to take up the whole crew cab? Amplifier(s) used? Electrical? Goals (SPL or daily)? A little more info from you and we can help alot more.

I have heard that if you resin the inside of the box it will help some, due to the smooth interior. I have heard both positive and negative on this so ... Im no SPL competitor but you may want to find your vehicles peak frequency and tune somewhere around that.
