Not to confuse you anymore. There is a guy in my area that I helped build a box for and he runs an 18" SSD series woofer. We put this in his 01' S-10 Blazer and this thing is loud and sounds great. He has it powered by an older MMATS amp that puts out 1400 watts rms rated. I forget the model #. But with your music listening habits I would shy away from the Q series. The SSD is an all around great daily sub. If your want to feed a lot of power then look into the BL or BTL.

The Q is not designed or intended to be an SPL woofer. May want to re-think your woofer selection to a BL or BTL.

I would say for the right buyer they may pay more. But with the economy the way it is here, no not really worth $300 +. But definately worth the $50. They were nice amps iirmc Esoteric was working with PPI on the amps before PPI was bought out by DEI.

.... That is going to be hard to beat. No pics but I have a story.... Back in 89'- 90' this ranch kid shows up with this Green 78' Ford 4x4 with a cardboard and shag carpet box with 2 12' home stereo woofers with just about all the foam surround worn off. Powered by a Jet Sound power booster/eq. And he thought it sounded good too!

why the lethal injection series im wanting to get a 1000-1500 watts rms sub that will put up high numbers in my local comps but still sound good doing it Look into the Death Row or Death Penalty series with that power. Also look into the Sundown Z15.
