Here are pics of "Moms Soccer Van" before it goes in for custom vinyl graphics. Rear windows have been blacked out and urethane sealed To prevent flexing. Passive crossovers flushed into the passenger side under seat drawer. Refer all questions to 02skidoo as I only assisted on the dampening and tweeter install and brainstorming. Brian did all the rest himself. All dampening is Rockford Fosgate Deadskin (1 layer roof and sidewalls) Alt is from Ohio Generator and 3 Kinetik's. Could use a couple more. Now all I need to do is talk the Owner into Sundown and others!

I would recommend using flares for both inside and outside.

Here is what I took while I was building. Actually it is after I was done building. I am bad at taking in progress pictures. No paint in the port was in a hurry.... Carpet job was ok am a little rusty since I haven't done carpet in awhile. Testing will begin tomorrow after I swap out my SAZ-1500D for my PPI PCX1250

Personally I would look for something more in the lines of a major brand! Budget would be helpful too.

X-Max by overhang = 18.75mm Linear x-max by 70% BL is closer to 22mm Displacement is about 0.19 ft^3 My guess was pretty close. I used 21mm of linear xmax and a displacement of 0.19 ft^3....
What is the Xmax and rough estimate on magnet dispalcement?
