  1. What are you trying to cut? MDF? Just use a good quality 3 flute carbide cutter bit. If using a roundover or flush trim use the ones with bearings.
  2. Proper sized wiring and doing the "Big 3" would be the first thing I would get done. Check out the Classifieds as JBurt is selling a bnib XS-D3400 which would be a great front battery.
  3. That box design looks great!
  4. Very nice job for a first time install! Keep up the great work and more pics!
  5. Nothing worse than a leaking roof! Garage or not it's still a pain in the ass! Hope you get it fixed and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.
  6. Nice build! Keep the pics coming!
  7. Welcome ....
  8. Sundown SAZ-1500Dv.2 a liitle higher than what you want but spend the extra $$$.
  9. Look elsewhere for a subwoofer. You get what you pay for and Boss is not known for quality imo.
  10. Shame on me I forgot about these!
  11. Woofers Etc. Should have them in stock as they are a stocking online dealer. Can't go wrong with either the Sundown Zv.2, Fi BL or Incriminator Audio Death Penalty.
  12. The local CarQuest here gave me a great price on the dual terminal starting battery for up front. Actually matched O'Reilly's online price. Look into there small ATV batteries that are roughly 20ah in size.
  13. How much space do you have for an extra battery. The Deka is a large battery if your going with the Group 31. Similar in size to the Kinetik HC2400. As far as buying Deka online try Tri-State Battery as they ship for free. Or CarQuest the NGT Extreme line is a rebadged Deka Intimidator. O'Reilly Auto Parts has a rebadged Deka starting battery. Sears DieHard has a Deka built AGM too just higher priced.
  14. Here is the SMD tech page and Fi tech page. Do some reading and comparisons. Going to be really hard to say which will be louder. It will all come down to installation.
  15. 4 15" BTL's will have cone area advantage. As far as motor strength that would be a Fi/AA tech question.
  16. Wow just wow at the craftsmanship! Keep up the great work!
  17. I know what you mean. 3 more days of this warm weather and all the trails will be shit! They are black here in the cities. I was an hour out of town yesterday and still fine. Lakes here have 8" deep puddles all over them. I hope when it freezes on Friday that we get dumped on. Supposed to snow...I have my fingers crossed. We have a 300-400 mile trip planned this weekend. Let it snow and snow one more weekend. Don't have a trip planned like you but still just fun to get out and ride all day!
  18. Welcome ....
  19. A small agm in back will add the battery reserve your looking for for the current system but if you increase your current demand with bigger amplifier(s), adding more batteries will be required. Also you will need to make sure the factory alt can handle the increased battery reserve.
