  1. cheese and rice man!
  2. flat between 42-47, further testing with a sealed enclosure is needed to define a more definite answer. This enclosure is designed for burping. High power will be utilized in short burst. Is the reasoning for the size.
  3. (in terms of enclosure strength)
  4. MDF inside layer, void free plywood outside? How do I go about changing up the seams between layers? Weight can be an issue, but I'm avoiding concrete, marble, and any other heavy material such as said examples. How should I attack the corner joints? As far as offering the most effecting way to smooth the transition from wall to wall air flow. This enclosure I will be using this material if for a smaller enclosure, 2.75 cuft for a single 15" zcon, so I'm not sure what is the best method to brace in such a small area. I will also be utilizing a flared aero port, such as you used.
  5. I like the bracing sir. I had success when I did the same method.
  6. port looks tiny
  7. Jon you tricked me! This whole time I was thinking you did that 51 at the headrest lol
  8. its funny, when we bega to put everything back together thursday, he turned up the volume to test, and it sounded so shitty and distorted at high volume, he says, "i'm going to kill you" thinking I did the wiring harness wrong. I'm like oh shit, I said no... (silence). Then I was like, "WAIT" lets try a cd, maybe theres no good signal in here with the radio, and walla Ass saved #1
  9. I only did a 40.x today

  13. damn nice bro!! Now where's my lay out you said you would hook me up!
  14. sup iak! i installed my first sytem with the help of manager thursday, (09 accord), then he let me remove a system all by myself friday! I guess he's gaining some of my trust! Well anyway, I will be utilizing Shizzzon's RTA to show users real time data. That way, the customer can "see" whats going on. When a customer walks in, and says something i lacking, IE: not enough midbass, I can pull of said software, as a tool to show where the customer is, and can adjust accordingly. Great selling point for our company as well as SPL-Lab
  15. Damn it sean, you beat him to it
  16. So I ordered these from Tim(14K), and one arrived cracked at the bottom It was leaking this black gooy stuff that literally desolved my carpet. I filed a clain yesterday with UPS, I didn't take a pic of the damage on the battery, but I can later. You can tell it was droped because the casing looks to be stretched. Hard to explain, but you know how plastic looks when you try to bend it? The stretched part turns that white color. But anyway, heres the damage it did to my carpet. I did notice a performance difference though Right now,I have two powers from front batt to rear batt. Then I have two seperate grounds from frame to the neg on battery. Then I just have the pos and neg from both amps to batt accordingly. Just a small update for you guys. I will be ordering some things next week from ToolMaker and AdrianD so stay tuned!
