  1. Damn that looks nice!
  2. Thank god for another good pic!
  3. You did say that they didn't like the 1/2 ohm load right? When you tried to strap them at One final ohm load?
  4. lol ummm, There are MANY to chose from sir. Just shop around in the SSA store under "amplifiers", and make a decision based on your limitations. You can't go wrong there. Also, please keep in mind that when you add power, that there are other factors that are involved that can be easily be overlooked.
  5. Ok, so what vehicle is this? How much space do you have? Thats a pretty good budget to work with, is that before the N2s or all together price range? I believe those are great drivers for daily, and on 3.5k should be a really nice combo. I don't believe you need to spend a grand on a 320 amp alt though, as well as not knowing when it would show up. I do beleive Ohio Generators may have a higher amp output if that is what your looking for. Other wise, a 270 from other brands such as mechman/singer will also suffice, especially for only 3.5k I would think. My opinion. Also, The battery pair you have mentioned I believe would be a great place to start. If you need more, you could always add more if you have the space available of course.

I agree, the old system was better. I would also add a thank you to Julian for creating a more thought out and appropiate thread. We should have better results this time. Though, Mark is very busy with the other 473837 sites he is currently trying to rebuild which I understand can be a daunting task. I would also like to add that I have seen the same 4 or 5 F/S post on the first page since it has been changed. I would like to know why this is? I have noticed when I go to page 2 and even page 3, there are brand new sales. I feel I shouldn't have to look for the new stuff, it should be sorted by date, that way for people who do search, can see the new things for sale, not by priority or how ever it may be set currently. Again, these are just my thoughts and I could be full of it, but just basing my opinions as asked by OP.
  7. It's not over 100% efficient. I don't care what marketing BS the designer wishes to spread. All it does is trade-off lower peak current draw for higher continuous current draw. It's still drawing the power from the electrical system to supply the capacitor bank, it's not a generator that creates it's own power. Only difference between this and a standard amplifier is that on large musical peaks it utilizes the capacitor bank to decrease the peak current draw from the electrical system, however the downside is that the current draw is going to be higher during non-musical peaks because it then has to recharge the capacitors. So yes, you will still need a very hefty electrical system since the continuous current draw from the electrical system will be extremely high compared to a standard amplifier. The reason it only has 1 set of 1/0 gauge inputs is because it's peak current draw is 350A. But again, that's peak current draw and says nothing about the increased continuous current consumption from the electrical system. When a "normal" amp nearly stops drawing current because the music stopped, this thing is going to continue drawing large amounts of current to recharge the caps. Again, it's a giant capacitor, not a generator. It doesn't create power, it stores it. It needs to get that power from somewhere, which is the electrical system. Also calling it a 15kw "RMS" amplifier is a bit of a mistruth. Based on the capacitors, it can only supply 15kw for 16 seconds before the capacitor bank depletes. It's actually a 4kw RMS amplifier with 15kw "burst" power, not a true 15kw continuous power amplifier. Thank you for explaining that brad, I hope Bamf101 will be able to understand.
  8. Need pics! But cool story for now
  9. go ahead and add another year to that age count you old fart! HBD!!
  10. Nice job Julian!!! You da man!
  11. muy bueno, stoped by sears julian, no luck
  12. Wack, I've seen better
  13. Please post a thought out thread first before clicking that post button. But if I could afford the space, electirc/ everything else taht is involed, I would chose 2 18s over a single 12.
  14. Yes, all of us are pretty dumb right now in the sense of comparing to older generations. And your belief is correct, we were a lot smarter. Maybe not smarter nationally, but smarter in the sense that we actually enjoyed discovering shit, vs now everything is handed to us, baby feed. Maybe not aliens, but we did have help. Well what these smart people think are at another level than what we think. The abnormal science is always the science to be looked bad upon simply becuase it is not a normal theory, or a normal idea. Lol, It would be worth the time but only if your not another closed minded citizen. Yep my ADD can't stand it. If your not interested, then no, it won't happen. But if you are interested, its amazing how ADD will seem to go away for a short period of time. Yes Jake, that was me. Good find too! Yeah, they will begin in smaller towns first, were smaller towns are away from modern news. Then they will branch out. All with the image of being for our safety/cost effective. I'm glad you rememered though, haha what was the first thing that poped in your head when you saw this actually happening? I'm glad you watch them sir, thanks! Sucks to be layed off though and I hope you find a job soon. I find it amazing that you are able to maintain an open mind while being schooled in such a religious school. That means a lot to me. There are many people in this world who eyes are open, at least a little bit to take in more information. Most will read the tittle and walk away, or look at the length and walk away. Again, either contact of these videos are hard core proven facts, but just something like you said, entertaining/interesting to watch. Could you explain the saying behind "there are no atheists in fox holes". Just want to hear what that means in lamen terms
  15. Please keep an open mind if you chose to watch these videos. I am posting them for people that simply interested and are curious to hear different theories on the earth we live in.
  16. Could you please answer my question sir?
  17. Are you sure about that? Lets think about this here, where does all of this energy come from? The energy that these 180 caps need. Tell me how a capacitor works and operates.
  18. Connect your laptop via Ethernet cord, and run these commands. Hold window key and hit the "R" key Type, "CMD" Type, IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS Type, IPCONFIG /RELEASE Type, IPCONFIG /RENEW And then see if you have any better results.
  19. hell yea, I wish I could here it too! Whats the next step?
  20. omg lmao, weak sauce tim! :wtf; and you want 16k behind your head? tsk tsk
