You're about three hours away from me =)
  2. You can take it to a local mechanical shop whom would "rebuild" it. I'm sure you can send the alternator itself to someone like Iraggi Alternator or Singer Alternator and they could do the same.
  3. I have more updates! It has been a long rebuild and past several weeks. But with a lot of help of a few local personal, I'm just about ready for SBN. After I button everything up on Tuesday, I'll be pretty much done on the audio for the rest of the year. I've done the single sub setup for the better of 2 years and counting. Come to think of it, really this will be my fourth consecutive year haha. So, with that being said, I plan on doing a B-Pilar wall come November-ish. After SBN, I will be concentrating on lighting for my vehicle. First thing would be my headlight retro-fit. So here are some update pictures. My new sub will be here tomorrow, so you may expect plenty more pictures coming soon.
  4. Haha, I'm not, a local competitor who has his own shop is.
  5. Hmmm, not sure what the reason for it to pop. Was it both, or just one side?
  6. What EQ is at your disposal? Try turning down 2.5k, 6k, 8k, and 12k if possible. Just go down one notch, little by little till you find where the problem is.
  7. updates woot woot!
  8. um, enclosure sir. Please make sure you can fit that much space for amp, wire, box, and battery(s). Remember, uneven planes in your enclosure can produce ill results. I always aim for the box to be as even as possible. I know that hump has a big dip, so what I mean is, that dip should not be used as space for the enclosure.
  9. I think I can find 4-4.5 cubes for one Zv4 That sounds a little bit better, thought you was planning to use 2 12s. That may be pushing it because IIRC, you have that huge as lump in the back inside the truck lol.
  10. What's the next even you'll be at Randal?
  11. Yeah, I'm not help with component sets lol.
  12. madisound.com parts-express.com uspeaker.com i dont think OP is doing an active install. ah, good catch lithium. Maybe he could make his own passive setup. I've never tried myself, but there are some kits available.

  15. Just a random thought. Would it be possible to have every model sent in for Kippel testing? Not sure on the cost to do so, but would be another neat bit of information to look at. Would also be another not selling point, but another reason to show why ssa is different.
  16. Looking good
  17. Let's bring this back to life.
