Lol. 3-5 cubes net per sub, 60-100cuin of port, tune at 32hz.
  5. If your desired frequency response was to play anything underneath the 34hz range with authority, then I would recommend the sp4. You pick a sub that fits your goals. In order to do so, a person will have to do the necessary research to find the proper tool for the proper job. You wouldn't buy a hand wrench to unbolt a 10" long screw, you would use a power drill. Same concept. Will they both work to get the job done, well of course. But which tool will be the most sufficient, that's the question you need to ask prior to your purchase. I hope this makes sense.
  6. I will advise any driver I've had experience with. This forum as little to none reason why I recommend the zcon over your sp4. It's based off if t/s parameters, manufacture recommendations, and personal experience.
  7. Does look nice
  8. The sp4 imo is designed for lows. I think a zcon would be a better option if you're wanting to play that high.
  9. Take measurements. HxWxD
  10. If space is a concern, I would grab the zed leviathan, and an DSS Etho 12". Just my suggestion
  11. Oh, not much room for me there either. A) I have heated seats, B) it's illegal for competing C) the amplifiers I use are too large D) installation difficulty
  12. Which seats are you referring too? Because the secon row seat isn't really a good spot. At first glance, yes, but because of the necessary hardware that is required to flip those seats up and lay them down flat is in the way! Haha.
  13. Haha, thank you sir.
  14. It's in the rear panel behind the second row seat, passenger side. Go under team ssa section. Ssa explorer
  15. Using your third row will REALLY limit the space you can use. My suggestion is just to add a small factor 5 channel amp, and replace the stock subwoofer.
  16. Hi, I have your explorer, you can fit 6x9s, 6.5", or 7" size door speakers. Does your explorer have third row? One option is to build a false floor over where the seats would fold down. Obviously this involves removal of the third row. The stock amplifier in the cargo area could be used, but it's VERY limited on space. If you'd like, check my build log for ideas.
  17. For home theatre, I would use the evil, for in a vehicle, I would use the icon.
