heres the new box...the box in this thread broke in between the ports...so we took that box out and i designed a new one path2spl built it and this is the almost finish product ( just carpet and other little stuff) this was finish yesterday heres a pic of the new box..and heres th vid..this is on vol 12....it has ALOT more in this setup 80

the amp could have went into thermal...let it cool down and u can bump again.....but 3hours damn homie thats a long time...i hope it wasnt 3hrs striaght if so check the voice coil on the sub...lol i think it safeto say u test the endurance of the amp far longer than most and its holding up 80

hmmm hey jacob if u build a new box do 2.5cubes (after port and sub displcement)with 90square inches of port tuned to 45hz u should see some good results..oh sub up port back or sub up port on the side playing in to the wheel well area 80

i believe u should be fine...even though ur chargn at 18.8 i think once u start playin ur setup ..depending on how much batts u workin with...it should drop just below 18v..if ur doing 1ohms on the amp...if u doing anything lower than .5 ohms expect to be in the 15-16v range.cuz with any amp at that point u really pullin juice.. good thing sundown amps r pretty efficient. 80

hearing both subs...i believe its safe to say there both loud but the nitshade is more of a low end monster than the dd 9500 series sub.. there both loud but the niteshade will do it a slightly lower frequency...and thats from hearing both subs...yea the setups were different but both setups was subs up port back.. there both good subs but they perform differently 80

This one will most likely be better for very high power applications, and the Nightshade will be better for "moderate" power level applications. I still have a bunch of testing to do in order to draw further conclusions lmao that has got to be the most bias line ever......the nightshades will be better for moderate power levels...thats bullchit and u know it....those night shade are for highpowred applications and what u have comming is something that can damn near start anarcy.....lol oh um jacob uh....heres an update on the pathfinder 3 nightshade 15 + 3 saz-1500d ( at 1 ohm each) = a broken hatch door and huge dents and creases on the roof... will keep ya posted as to wat else is going on 80
