Got the van up to 90mph on I-95 today, though...traffic was flying.

I went to the movies today, was sitting with my right leg above my left one...so of course, it fell totally asleep. Didn't realize it until I went to go to the bathroom and realized I had no control of that foot. Made it down the stairs, went to turn on it and felt the ankle just rotate out. Actually, the saving grace of it was that my foot was still so asleep that I didn't even feel it go, just that awful noise...that, and I got to drive home with it like that before getting it on ice. The highway wasn't too bad because I just had it down to the floor, but the side roads were murder...

Usually flat lines indicate DC voltage settings, squiggly lines indicate the AC side. Set it to whatever decimal range you need, or if it's autoranging just connect it. Getting noise in your front stage worries me, though...especially when it doesn't have anything to do with the amp being worked on. Sounds like you may have inducted noise issues to troubleshoot.

The van does that to a degree...you can be going a constant 75 and have no stress on the engine. Now, it does take five miles to get up to that speed in the first place What stops you from going faster is the vibration, and the fact that the front end wants to dance all over the place

Tobacco's hell on the soil...especially where you don't have any topsoil to speak of. I could see marijuana possibly gaining acceptance in fifty years or so, but certainly not anytime soon. The drunk is an acceptable part of society while the abuser of weed is a social outcast - makes no sense to me. Both can be dangerous if not used responsibly, both can be fairly safe if responsibility is taken. Stigmas are great...
