The 2nd half of the day just goes so slowly Supply chain...project management...VB...get dinner somewhere in there. Really glad the torrent of VS 2008 worked, updated with SP1 and everything...
  2. How much power do you have? And yeah, I wouldn't consider using anything but a sealed setup with these Sounds great.

I just do it out manually...
  4. If you're chasing numbers, it may help.
  5. I wouldn't worry about 500W, for just listening purposes you won't really notice much of a difference.
  6. It was nice meeting ya Brooksie, the truck was very nice Enjoyed the funk, too
  7. Find someone with an oscilloscope and set it up properly.

    Or 1, in series...
  9. There are midbasses, midranges, and tweeters - "highs" doesn't really mean anything If you can fit 5.25's in front, you'll be on your way. Tweets could go on the A-pillars - I've heard them there in a Ranger and it sounded like a good start.
  10. Check Parts Express...
  11. Forget the rear doors. Could you cut any metal to fit 5.25" midbasses?

Ah, OK. I personally think the SX's sound like wet farts, but that's just my opinion.

No, let's pay 1% interest and then wonder why the rate goes up...

If more people understood amortization (hell, basic finance in general), I have a feeling our economy wouldn't be quite as fucked as it is...

Yeah, but put 20% down and it drops by almost $140k..
  16. Just something to keep in mind, a lot of woofers that people use in "normal" size vehicles work really well at home...in spaces a lot larger than a bus Just because something says it's for public-address use doesn't mean anything really special. What's the interior going to look like - will there be any other places you could build speakers into (and hide wires, etc...)? I'm thinking something like Radian in-wall speakers, maybe three on each side.

    Yep, looks right...

And hell, with the way the Fed's been acting, it'll probably be a decade or more before we see 8.5% rates again...for better or worse...

Big down payments are nice things
  20. I'm a little surprised the Crossfire is rated for better fuel economy with the automatic than the 6spd. Maybe they figure if you get the manual you'd be more likely to flog it regularly...
  21. Capacitors certainly do work, just not in this kind of application

    DAP?

Or stuck in their basement working on a new room. I really detest painting! I don't know, I kind of like it. It's really instantly gratifying... Now, the cleaning and prep work that comes before...
  24. Shocker Sigs...
  25. You know, unless someone deserves it, we could really do without the asinine comments...
