I am wanting to upgrade my system to 2000-3000 watts. I don't know to much about batteries and such and im not sure how many/what size batteries i would need to stay at about 14 volts. Also my truck puts out alt puts out 105 amps, Would i need a HO alt? Just trying to figure things out so i can figure out how much this is gunna cost me.

Well i finally got my truck and got my SAZ-1000D in and my 10" SSA icon. Man it sounds good. I have never heard a sub with such accuracy and overall sound quality. It has a lot of output for a little 10 and i am very happy with it. Anyways this set up is temporary until i build a new box and find somewhere to stick the amp. Box is 1.35^3@32hz. Its pretty good for my 3rd box i would say and i designed it myself. Just got to figure out if im gunna carpet it or paint. Edit - Also my first install that i did everything myself and its still not done. On to the pics - The truck - 01' GMC Sierra with 47k miles. So far all i have done is get the windows tinted and the sub in. HU - Crappy kenwood i am using for now.. Bass knob - Crappy pic but i integrated the remote bass knob into the dash. Box and amp - Temp location for the amp. I can't find anywhere else to stick it. Box port - Side of the box where the sub is - Video of the sub and port - SSA Icon 10"

There's a cheap viper alarm in the SSA shop. Never used it or anything but i have heard good things about viper alarms.

How much would it cost to get my 10 reconed to a 15?

Whenever CDs get stuck in my hads HU he justs sticks a butter knife in the slot and pushes gently against the CD and pulls it out. It might not work for you since your HU is not recognizing that its in there but i might be worth a shot.

Find out? I got my 10" icon set up under the back seat of my 01' GMC sierra ext cab but i figure why not do away with the backseat and get 1 18". It sounds amazing. Its the best sub i have ever heard. It hits the lows insanely well. It also gets very loud for an SQ sub. Awesome sub all around.

I was wondering if i could get my icon reconed to an 18. I know you don't have them on your shop or site but i was wondering if you could do a custom one. If not how much would it be to get it reconed to a 15? It is a 10" d2.
