3000D imo. Its underrated. IIRC it puts out more than 3000 watts.

What would you guys recommend for a Beefy 10 inch woofer? Its gunna be run in a standard/regular cab truck and run by a sae-1000. I was thinking a BL 10 or an icon 10 but im not sure. I just want loud, shaking, low bass. Any suggestions?

Hey bj i am looking at putting a fully loaded 10" FI BL in my standard cab silverado 2000 - 2006 bodystyle. The dimensions i would have would be around 40.0"W x 15.5"H x 7.5"D. It would also have to be a wedge type enclosure because it is going behind the seats. Something like this but 1 10" sub and ported to around 32-34 hz is what i was thinking. Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages to running aero ports vs slot ports. I was thinking of running 1 or 2 aero ports out the top of the box. Please let me know if you have any suggestions about the port, tuning, or anything else. Edit: Forgot to mention i am going to be running a SAE-1000D to it. What would you recommend on the Cubes of the box? I was thinking around 1 cube but not sure. I mainly just want loud, shaking, low bass. Thanks, Drake

So im getting a silverado for christmas the 00' - 06' body style. I think thats the years. Anyways its the one before the newest one. I really want a standard cab and i plan on getting 1 BL 10" ported. Can anyone with a standard cab silverado tell me how much room is behind the seats? Does anyone have a box behind there truck seats? Not just a silverado. Looking for all kinds of ideas. Thanks, Drake

It depends on how much room you have. I would say going with the 4 Fi bls would be better but that also depends on how much power you are running to them. It also depends on what options you are getting with the subs, how many watts the amp(s) are going to be and if you are running extra batteries. Correct me if im wrong.

Mind explaining how i would wire (2) D1 ohm subs to my 3000D at 1 ohm load? I tried looking on the rockford fosgate thing but i didn't have 1 ohm.

Im getting a new setup. 2 Fi Bl 15s and a 3000D. I plan on rewiring everything, doing the big 3, etc. Would i get dual 2 or dual 1 ohm? How would i wire this for both performance and daily use, IE: how many ohms stable and such. What options would i want on the subs, such as cooling, universal. Thanks, Drake
