a key rule that you didnt mention that i follow when designing for aeros, you only require just a little more than half the surface area using aeros than you do using slot ports. try 2 or 3 aero's and see the length that it gives you. -Robin

Well i have been building for quite awhile and they have been coming out very nice for a circular saw....table saw just makes things 500x easier and faster. I was more focused on the Kerfing aspect. I always wanted to try it, but we went over the specifics one day, and it looks like sometime in the near future ill be building this

So one day i met a guy that drove all the way from ft meyers, to New Port Richey and couldnt give him a demo because the shop owner told us we couldnt even play a little bit...not even to test. Little did i know that this very same man would help me step up my game soooooo much, its not even funny. I call this dude all the time and shoot it about different random shit.....and we share ideas back and forth. heres what he taught me to do. with that much port, it'll have to be a pretty large enclosure. what type of power are you running?

Need more information...what size subs, what type of enclosure, ETC.

i always like to see the inside pieces touch on a kerf personally, as when glued up it makes it so much stronger,k but i really, really like the fact that it doesnt have the ridges. gonna have to try that 1/4 inch spacing soon, as i just got that very tablesaw the other day.

and if you class woofers like they class cars, then yes, this would be in the same class as the level 4 xl.........even though in my application, they outperformed even the level 5's

yeah ive already watched all your vids, lol. you do some serious work in all of your builds. the dp's seem to be a more musical version of the wardens... am i right? sort of, minus the fact that the wardens are VERY musical...... they arent really in the same class of subwoofer, but the DP is a beast in its own right..... the warden is just different.... Pick up a pair....i ran 3600 per daily. I ran a 20.1@ .7 per coil for awhile before i did wardens

we dont run the mic anywhere where else but the dash man... we are bout strait legal numbers.... x2, totally not about running in the kick.

I have one @ my house right now, an LI 15, and just looking at it, i dont know if there is a better by for the price to be honest with you. i have spoken with numerous people that have run it at 1000 watts, not that that matters because you plan on running 600 per sub anyway. good luck with your purchase, whichever direction you decide to go.
