in a word, yes! They sound awesome in sealed enclosures and really dig down for the low notes in ported enclosures. From the man himself would it get louder with 2 12 inch icon ported or 2 15 inch sealed?

Do the ssa icon sound good in a sealed enclosure?the setup would be 2 15"icon running off a single audioque2200 in a car trunk?

Any sub on 2000 watts will get loud, what you need to do is give us goals and any other information so we can help you make a better decision on what will be good for your application. I think they recommend ported for there subs, if you want any information them go to audioque.com and do some research. Has anybody heard the audioque hdc3 woofers?I got a audioque 2200 amp from a friend and i wanted to know if 2 12'inch hcd3 woofers could get loud off of it?Do they reccomend sealed or ported?

This is not for competition i like really loud stereo systems and yeah 7000 watts and 2 15,s is huge but just cause i aint a vet in this caraudio and know nothing near what some of you know doesnt mean its out of my league i just wanna go big one time and one time only.thats why i ask so many questions,and also i ask if its loud to you guys cause i know if its loud to you guys then its really loud .

7000 watts and your asking would it get loud, with that question this setup may be out of your league. I think one of those amps will be plenty and two would be over kill but it is your money. As long as you have the electrical to back it up, enclosure made on the small side, you get the subs fully loaded and your careful with gain and volume knob they will do. explain out of my league

can you put a pair of AQ3500 on apair of fully loaded FIBTL 15 i know thats 7000 watts but there pricing is very good and would it get loud with them amps my goal is SPL ? thanks foe any answers

They are good amps, put out rated power and then some. If it is within your budget then it will be a good match for you and your BTL. thanks jaycee do you know if the hdc3 audioques subs are good?man the price for that amp is only little over $300..

my trunk is 19 inches high 42 inches deep 52 icches width now i have room for amps and batts thats the space im worling for subs thanks for any help?happy hollidays to all....its a chysler 300

If I was you I would just buy two SAZ-2000D used(maybe from Jacob or db-r with warranty). Around 900-1000$ and you safe money for batteries, alternator and cables! Smart man, its not like your gonna miss out on those extra 500 watts unless you just want to deal with one amp. thats what it is im fighting for trunk space now lol
