A lot of people with those medium SUV's run port and sub both back. If you're competing, Most run sub up, port back.

For the MAW-15? Your amp budget is quite low. I doubt you'll find anything for $100. Ported box preferably. And no, there are no good prefabricated boxes.

Any budget? What electrical upgrades have you done already? A Sundown SAZ-3000D would be good on those two. Incriminator Audio 20.1 would also be a good choice.

LOL, you have a sealed box. Sealed is the very definition of not loud. Port that L7 and I guarantee you'll be louder than your friends crappy "Type E's".

You can't. You cannot make a 4 ohm speaker into a 2 ohm speaker. You can wire two speakers to one channel, but you cannot use all 4 channels.
