  1. We already have a stickied list here http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...showtopic=14797
  2. Oxymoron alert Sounding better for SPL.
  3. I already told you in your other thread that the terminal are the same. They're just there to make it easier to wire. Also, whatever your FINAL ohm load is what you're going to use.
  4. hehe I was gonna give you the benefit of the doubt.
  5. not an option. i have an fi bl. so im looking for 1500. thanks anyway You don't need to use the full 2kW. Ever heard of a gain knob? gain control does not determine the maximum power that an amplifier can produce. As long as the preamp/drive signal has sufficient level, the amplifier will produce its maximum power output level. ... yes it does. That's how you Set your gain. To limit the maximum power output and match your input signal. So I'll assume you know what it is now, just not what it does. http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messages/4/499728.html read and learn. i know what it does. you dont. How about I just call you a retard and everyone laughs
  6. No specific model numbers. Can't really vote.

  8. Are you gonna have BJ build it? or are you going to do it?
  9. JL just wants to sell their subs with their amps. Running in series is fine. T/S parameters are measured with the coils of a woofer in series in most cases.

  11. If you look at the graph of the specs for them. They look far better suited towards midrange duty. However, with a large enough sealed enclosure and some good processing, you could probably make them work.
  12. Curious why they made a 30.1 instead of redesigning the 40.1.
  13. Why hasn't anyone asked the enclosure size? That could very well not be a good swap if the enclosure isn't within Fi's spec for the SSD.
  14. No pics? For Shame.
  15. Depends entirely on the woofer you're using and what you're pairing it with.

Sweet, SAZ-1500D on two ICON's is a perfect combo. I've heard it that setup in a couple different environments now. You'll be very pleased.
  17. They have yet to arrive, they haven't sold out just are still waiting for their arrival. I believe the pictures were supposed to be up today or so but apparently there are still a few hold ups. No subs to take pictures of yet unfortunately. Don't worry, as soon as the come in, I'll sneak you guys some peeks.
  18. Why do you car how your speakers look? I'd care more how they sound.
  19. Are you playing MP3's or real CD's? All MP3's are NOT encoded equal.
  20. You know the drill. Start with budget and goals.

    They're circle.. instead of square.

Copper coil will help with the sound quality and actually drop power handling a bit. Which is counter active to what I was saying earlier.
