Ported enclosure frequency
Yes, but the peak depends on many more things than just the tuning. The tuning reflects where you'd like to be at.

Ported enclosure frequency
The tuning is where the box peaks at.

SQ sub choices
I was referring to two Mags since you stated a pair. Jim recommended a single Mag. And you don't have to put a full 1500w to the ICON... that's what the gain knob is there for.

quick Ground question
As long as the area is clean of paint and oil and you heat shrink the connection of the wire to the ring terminal, you should be fine. Just use one bolt on the ring terminal. Make sure it's secure.

Component Questions
You plug the positive wire to the positive terminal and the negative wire to the negative terminal.

SQ sub choices
You could wire the last gen mags to 2 ohms. But that power would be nothing for them. A single 15" ICON D2 would probably be your best bet on that power.

FI Q-Series / Newbie many Questions!
You could do a box for two BL 12" subwoofers with the space and power you have available.

Mach5Audio MLI-65
Notice how it says good for 2-way systems? It won't function really well as a midbass unit. Typically you want the driver size spacing a little further apart in a 3-way. 7-8" midbass, 3-4" midrange 1-2" tweet. There are exceptions to the rule, but those are generalizations.

http://www.bladeice.com/mayhem.php- A few subwoofer questions..
Just like you said for hook up. The only thing that's different is the amp gets embedded in the box. And you plug it into 120VAC instead of a car battery.- SSA teaser pics of 8" driver
lol, Ryan said cock.- Projector FAQs
Sure, you might even save some money by dropping the lumens. Depending on how much ambient light is left, the most you'll ever really need in a dark situation is 1000 Lumens.- 6 inch subs
Mypre Audio makes a 6.5" sub.- help me understand.
It depends on which sub you'll be running. Simply put with less resistance, the amp will put out more power. Hence the rating at 2 ohms and at 4 ohms.- when posting vids
