  1. mostly fan noise; I have an 80mm 50 CFM/45 dBA fan on my CPU, loud little pucker. Of course if I just upgraded the machine and got one of those low speed 120 mm CPU fans that would probably take care of things right quick Better quality case fans would help too. Best mod I ever did was the 120mm Nexus fans Low speed intake and exhaust fans should keep you cool. Make sure that cpu fan stays clear of dust.
  2. I'd go with an alternator. I have a h.o and 1/0 big three done, and I'm going to be getting a second battery too. That Audioque can suck some power, and if you're like me, it's loud almost all the time. Also, you know you just doomed yourself to posting pictures of this beauty when you get it? haha
  3. Got one.
  4. Thought I should revive this a little: Been doing a training program for soccer: Weight lifting: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Agility and ball work: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
  5. When it comes to town cars bigjon knows his stuff. Good luck on the build.
  6. Looks great, good deal bro.
  7. Hope you like it bro. I'd still do the contract thing to make sure you like it.
  8. Hey guys I just wanna thank you for having this detailed conversation. I've been following it and it has helped me really understand what can damage a speaker.
  9. Box looks great. I'm sure it will sound just as good as it looks
  10. This pisses me off ... I submitted.
  11. Throw out a little more cash and try an Audioque. I have nothing but love for mine. I really don't have much experience with Hifonics, only played around with a few of them. Check the classifieds here and try a powerful amp from a reputable seller.
  12. See if you can find two loaded Fi SSD's used ..

Nice truck. I wanna see how you fit the 15 in there. So far so good
  14. thanks a lot man! i really appreciate it. No problem at all. Hope you win.
  15. Build looks really good. I like the false floor and the build quality on the boxes. Depending on when you are selling the xcons I may be able to purchase them from you around May. Throwing some ideas around in my head and may just want to do a simple 12" install. Just pm me a price and everything.
  16. Voted. Little bit of time is worth helpin someone out on the forum.
  17. Need the dimensions (space you have), any electrical upgrades, goals, experience, etc.
  18. Julian: I have before, and I regret it :x
  19. I stole the top
  20. So offer him $3k. Considering the description I think he might bite. I called and left a message. Good luck! Not a Diesel I Lol'd so hard.
  21. As stated above many times, I think splitting everything up would be not that great of an idea. I do like the sold/close button. I think it would be a great idea and would clear up a lot of not needed reading.

Welcome to SSA. It seems like you're looking for more output so BL's would be your option, and with that space I would say 12's. BUT post a new topic up in the speaker section as Aaron stated and we can get this topic rolling. Good luck and once again welcome to the best forum on the internet
  23. Part of the reason the maintenance is so expensive is because it is a 5 cylinder. Not many people are familiar with those engines.
