i never chargd for anyone to use my tl, and don't understand why you would want too. most people have to drive to you to use it, and it doesn't cost anything to plug it in...but eh, whatever. i sold my tl some time ago, not needed. and besides i have a friend that has the dual mci pro tl and i can use it for free whenever i have the urge. and my wife trumps all...my gifts this year? a glcok19 for offduty carry, an armalite m15 for duty carry and several smaller gadgets and gizmos. the armalite alone was $1200 or so. oh, and a ruger sp101 in 327fed mag just because i wanted it, lol. gotta love a wife who likes guns!! did i mention my mossberg ultimag? that was just because too... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the ruger is nice, but i really gotta go savage for anything bolt action. teh accutrigger is the bomb, and if one likes a .25 to .5 lb pull, get the orange one. my 17hmr savage with silver accutrigger (1.5 to 6lb pull) is awesome. another good choice is the s&w ibolt. a bit pricey compared to the ruger and savage, liek the kimber, but a great shooter from all reviews. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

get #2 in a golden boy. and yep, you can indeed go with optics on one. i'll have to look up some info on it, but i've seen it done. i also want a golden boy, but i'm thinking old school, like .45long colt. however one in .357 would be sweet as hell! i've got both an ak varient (the saiga in .223) and my armalite m15. i'll take the ar everyday and twice on sunday now after owning and shooting both. at least in semi auto trim. the ar is just way more accurate (16" barrel and mid length gas system), ergos are far better and it's just as reliable, if you keep it lubed. it won't shoot the really cheap russian .223 stuff very well, but that's the ak's job anyway, lol. teh ar is my duty weapon and i wouldn't trade it for the world, definitely worth every penny over the ak IMHO. i love talking guns, lol. i need to get some pics up.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

my single 12" ICON, unbroken in, did a best of 132@40hz in a 2ft^3@34hz net enclosure, single 4" port. dowfired under the rear seat of my silverado with ~1kwrms going to it. definitely a subwoofer, very capable of getting loud and will sound great doing it! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

my armalite 2stage trigger is easily in the 4pd range, and danny (the guy who owns the shop) did a quickie trigger tune. DPMS is a good company, makers of fine ars. i've had the privilige of shooting one of their ar10s (.308), very accurate, easy to shoot gun with a good trigger. they are probably in the same boat as rock river, meaning they have a goverment contract, and that has put production rifles on the backburner. rock river parts are 21 weeks out for the uppers. look into bushmaster, dpz, armalite (picking on of those up today) or the used market if a dpms is what you have to have. stag arms is another reputable company, not too mention smith and wesson m&p 15s are gaining favor, adn are very competively priced, most well under $1k. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Thanks I did find a dpms in .308, but it was digital camo. No thanks. If I was going to buy DPMS I would get the sass anyway just due to the wait. I will look again at armalite, the .308 selection was slim, and bushmaster really didn't have much in a .308. What I want is a MOA/sub MOA in .308 no more than 20" with ALL the trimming I can get, to me I would rather have and not need, than to later want what I do not have. I want the tippy top. Armalite wants' 3k for theirs, and I am just not sure I'm willing to spend THAT much. It's one heck of a gun, but meh. The JP is JP enterprises. Check them out I got to play with a trigger group that they use standard with their weapons.
