  1. Power rating? Man, come on, the man asked you NOT to post gut pics.......
  2. YO! ALL AQ REMOTES ARE BACKWARDS! ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT IS ALL THE WAY DOWN!!! Idk why it's like that but it is. So yes, he probably had both the amp gain and remote gain all the way down. Calm down.....
  3. You had the gain all the way down....... Really?
  4. $5 says they don't fit right......
  5. You should fix it soon, spiking that high can fry your ECU.
  6. Why do you say that? I put my GF's two 12"s in 5 cubes with 100sqin port. Plays amazingly well. From my extremely scientific knowledge from the realm of personal experience (/facetious) I have just found that extreme amounts of port area causes this sub to suffer on the lows. I do not know exactly why, maybe because the port was so much larger and longer, but the sub just did not seem as strong in the 26-34 Hz region. The 12's only have slightly more cone area total... I don't know why this happened to me. I have tried a box with 80 sq. in. and it just wasn't the same as the other two boxes I have built with port areas from 50-60 sq. in. of port. Besides, he can save a lot of space by using a smaller port area. Why make it larger than necessary I guess is half my point. You probably had the port wrong, which is what a lot of people messed up on with larger ports. If you could have gotten it right, it would have been much much louder then a smaller port. And probably sounded better.
  7. I'd do a double baffle just because. Helps with strength.
  8. well thats what they said about the crx's when they first got used but now everyone and there mother with a crx dampen's them.also the next best thing is there is only a couple of interior panels.so it will be easy to dampen it and test and remove with in minutes Um, no one deadens them. Where did you get this information from?
  9. If you wanna keep it loud, don't put deadener at all.
  10. Dude seems like a punk. VERY happy I didn't do any business with him.

  12. The 800 has an all copper chassis while the 880 has a normal one. Which can help a lot with noise. Good to know. I drive a 2008 Charger and they are notoriously noisy. Not the noise I'm talking about lol. I mean engine noise.

  14. Just a normal box. lol
  15. With a box like that the bass would be kept in the trunk, I know that sounds dumb, but it's true.
  16. The T/S specs are different, it could either sound decent or it could be a complete fail. Sell the 15", buy some mo.
  17. Woofers need to match.
  18. Look into the 800/880PRS models. Both VERY good units. I have the 800PRS and my girl has the 880PRS, same radio as far as functionality goes. The 800 has a few advantages though. VERY FEW radio's come with T/A, and even fewer sound good. That's just my opinion. 800/880/99 PRS's, Alpine 9855/9887/117, and Eclipse MKII
  19. WTF are you smoking? Unless the car has been wrecked, then yes, as long as you know even a little about them then they are instantly loud..... What? O_o
  20. Question, why are you selling your 9500 12"s? Those are very good woofers.
  21. Nice amount of port area!
