Welcome to the IHoP v.2
not good. get that healed up. last time I hurt mine doing flat bench I was close to a year before I stopped having pain and numbness. need to take care of it before it gets too bad.I have been nursing a small tear in my cuff since August. Slowly getting my bench back, but after a heavy day pushing it, well it gets a little sore.I had surgery for a AC4 a while back like 5 years ago I did numerous push-ups through out the day I went from 10 - 600+ a day... reps of 10 and finally got were I could do reps of 50..they had to cut my collar bone and put in artificial tendons and all kinds of shit...It sucked The reason I stopped benching heavy and just started adding it back with moderate weight. After my injury my whole arm shoulder down was numb like when you sleep on it and it falls asleep down to the finger tips except my thumb it was the weirdest shit..I guess it was nerve damage, after my surgery it was still numb I thought I was screwed! within a few weeks I regained the feeling in it..It still feels weird when I pinch around the area where they opened me up..I've had hen I slept wrong, waking up in the morning with a numb left arm, pain radiating from my left pec up through my shoulder and neck, with nausea every time I turned my head. all from the nerve in my shoulder getting pinched... everyone thought I was having a heart attack... My left shoulder was the one with the AC 4 separation .... ">http:// ">http:// ">http://http://s1293.photobucket.com/user/mikel7829/media/20150207_185616%201_zpsspvvxulb.jpg.html'>

Huh?- Welcome to the IHoP v.2
Did ribs yesterday for dinner, and then pig butts overnight. Can't help the brother inlaw move so I made some pig butt for the people moving.Have a place not far away that smokes some killer ribs....1/2 slab plate is like $13.99 with two sides or you can get a baked potato the size of a football...But I love some homemade smoked Boston butt...A fire hall not to far away smokes 250 Boston butts every year in this big ass block fire pit like deal..Some kind of fund raiser and that is probably the best I ever had I smoked two racks for $18Damn! That is not bad...How long do you smoke them for? 4-6hrs. These took about 4h 40m. 215F. Then I hit them on 800F to carmelize a bit. If you want fall off the bone (boooo) then you need to go longer. Toothsome is WAY better though. Thats about how I like them !- Welcome to the IHoP v.2
