Plenty of exercises out there for you to do ... mix it up a little bit, find what works with you and stick with it for a while. There is abdominal crap mixed in there of course. The best supplement you can take is food. Seriously. Every 2.5-3 hours, high quality meals. Tough to do while you're in the military/training.

  24. There's a difference between talking and doing. A lot of people taking about exercising and getting in shape, and you know what? That's great - but talking and wishful thinking don't get it done. There are only two options regarding commitment, you're either in or you're out. There's no such thing as life in between. If you're not 100% in, get the fuck out now. Don't be a fucking pussy. Life hurts. It chews you up and spits you out - and even shits on you for good measure. But fuck that, you deal with it. Change hurts, loneliness hurts ... but they are necessary for your growth. Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will. Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength. Don't do it because it's easy, do it because it's hard. A darkness carried in the heart cannot be cured by moving the body from one place to another. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor.
