Mercedes Benz E55 AMG goes Sundown Audio
And you should be. The only wires going to the factory head unit is a pair of fiber optic cables that run to an amp in the rear fender. The rest of the factory wiring in the car is low voltage so stay clear of fiber optics and low voltage and you should be good. Removing the interior is three times the work of an average car so you must be patient. VERY nice install. Do you have any experience with Range Rovers? My brother has an '04 & would like to put a set of subs in 'er. He's going to keep the stock speakers for now just to see what they sound like. Do you think that we could do it, or take it to a special installation shop? Keeping the stock HU is a must so we figured some LOCs. Would using these have any effect w/ the Fibre optic cabling? And I'm considering getting an '01 or '02 Range Rover. Do these also have the same cabling? Thanks. What kind of range rover? Well, it's an '04 Range Rover HSE. I'm also considering buying an '01 or '02 HSE. Do you have any experience w/either of these? They are not that bad to work with or take apart. Remote starts are pretty time consuming to do but you shouldn't have a problem with the stereo. You can fit aftermarket double din radios in without an issue. I don't think they made the switch to fiber optics until 2005. The fiber optic cables will only be found between the head unit and amplifier anyway. If you tap after the amp you should not have any problems adding an LOC. If the amp has built in crossovers you may need to tap multiple channels and use a unit to sum the signals rather than an LOC. Ok man, thanks.

(2) Deka 9A31s vs (1) PM D3100
Now, I definitely know the PowerMaster is a better battery, but the price of the Dekas are telling me to go w/ them. I could get two new Dekas for the cost of one new PowerMaster. Common sense is telling me to go w/ the Dekas but which do you guys suggest to do?

Which sub work great with Hifonics Brutus BXi2008D Class D?
DC LV4? Whether you go w/ the LV4XL is up to you. I don't think I'm supposed to give out the prices (correct me, if I'm wrong). So email Rusty for info: [email protected] He's usually pretty quick w/ getting back w/ people. website: http://www.dcsoundlab.com Personally, I think the BL could handle that much power. (The Hifonics are overrated anyways.)

PLEASE HELP! URGENT!
BLASPHEMY! No for real though, can you blame them? I'm pretty sure it wasn't their fault for the damage.

Help me make my decision?
Bump? I think so.....

Help me make my decision?
Have you ever ran or heard both? Not knocking your opinion but any reason to why? BTW, I'm talking about the subs, not amp. The amps speak for themselves.

Help me make my decision?
Well, I thought I had my mind made up on (2) AQ HDC315-As. But now I'm seriously looking at a pair of DC LV4XLs (15s) Customer service is definately a big factor and they both seem to have it from what I have read & by talking to the owners. Then they both are very close to price & can both take comparable power (I believe). These would be used for daily & VERY FEW comps. I do know it is mostly installment that determines which will sound better so I guess that's not what I'm asking. Just which do you guys suggest? These would either be powered by (2) AQ2200Ds, or a single SAZ-3000D (also very close in price, it just mainly depends if the sale is still going on when I go to purchase them.) Oh yeah, if it helps your decision, they will be going in a Land Rover Discovery II SE. Help meh, pl0x?

Thinking of getting a HDTV
Well, in my personal experience, I've always LOVED to buy from Sam's Club. About 2 years ago, I got a 32" Vizio (720p) for Christmas. This past August it got shot w/ an Airsoft gun (not me, was a friend I really wanted to beat the chit out of, but didn't.) So, it somehow busted a pixel (I guess b/c the outside layer was unharmed) & it had a green line going down the middle. So I took it back to Sam's (w/o the box b/c it had been thrown away along time ago). To make along story short (after about an hour of talking) they took it back & in return gave me a new 37" Vizio for free. It's price tag at the time was the same as when I bought mine 2yrs before. So, I ended up thanking my friend haha. But now, I gave my 37" to my parents & they bought me a newer 32" 1080p. Yes I can actually tell a difference...I watch BluRay movies off of my player & 1080p downloaded movies. So, what have we learned? Sam's Club has great service...kinda like Sundown & SSA

How much more longer do you expect this to last? (I know until all sold, but how many do you have left?)

Fi - Sundown
Thanks... I have 4 120 mm fans ready to go into it r. the amp half is going to be sealed off from the battery side. Air will come in on the far right of the box (rca side of amp) and leave next to the power supply of the amp. The only reason they aren't installed is because my drill stopped working. It's about 15 or so years old needs replacement anyway. edit: I also gotta get some gold plated terminals to pretty it up... the lead ones don't look so hot. Also you can't see it in the picture but I have blue neon tubes inside which doesn't look bad it actually does not look gaudy at all. Looking VERY nice. BTW, I didn't know the newer Tahoes/Yukons came w/ the cloth option. Everyone I've seen had leather. I guess you learn something new everyday. Oh yeah, WAR EAGLE!!!!!!!

Four AQ SDC2.5 15"s
I was thinking about that option but you would either have to wire it down at 2Ω or .5Ω. .5Ω might be a lil too much for the subs b/c I don't know they can handle.

Four AQ SDC2.5 15"s
email DJ & ask him what they are capable of. He was really helpful w/ some of my questions.

SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
haha, yea I know. That's the only reason I'm seriously looking at buying them.
-
SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
- SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
no? I was hoping to get anywhere b/t 4800-5500 out of it. I just said 3000w b/c the can handle that much. Notice I put around 3000w.- SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
So your telling me, running one 3000D @ .5Ω won't give me 2500-3000wRMS to each? And by budget of 2600, I mean for Subs, amps, box, batteries, alt included.- SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
Daily (it's in title lol) And why? Well the HDC3 alum. models can handle 3000wRMS. So I would like to put ~3000wRMS to each rather than 1500wRMS. why not 2 of them straped at 2 ohms.??? its over 6k. and you keep your warrenty.. and you have a better shot at match gain. Well, I guess b/c of money. I'm working VERY hard to keep my budget ~ $2600 This will be my first system (turn 16 in a month) & I have right now $1800 or my money. People owe me about $600 & of course some B-Day money.- SAZ-3000D @ .5Ω load daily
