  1. i was just wondering if anyone knew of a way i could download or put different backgrounds on the radio pretty sure i cant but was wondering if there was a way

  4. i guess the only real question i have right now is what is the difference between active and passive and how could i tell what i have now? i have been looking at sonic electronix (an online store). the speakers are 6.5 stock and i was actually thinking of having my door panel custom made to fit two and the tweeters but not sure about that. there going in an s-10 and no back speakers since its a three door. im always open to new ideas and am willing to try anything pretty much to make my truck sound and look better
  5. no deadening right now. its just a daily music system but like for it to be clear and sound good when im not listening to rap with heavy bass. and by processing do u mean like the rockford three sixty? if so deff dont even have a clue how to use that lol im a newbie still for the most part.

  7. yes i know theres more than just those three. i guess right now top of the line to me is name and its proformance. ive owned both rockford and re stuff and couldnt complain about either thats why there at the top of my list. ive never done component speakers so im new to that side of town and could deff use some help
  8. right now i dont wanna spend more than 300 on the speakers alone so anything in that price range i guess.
  9. ok i debating between focal, rockford t1 series, or the re audio xxx. any opinions?

  12. i do have a md1d amp running to my sub which is a re audio sx. i have another amp an older kenwood that puts out around 100 watts maybe not exactly sure.

  17. im trying to find some new 4x6 speakers for the dash of my s-10. right now i have some memphis car audios but need something better any help?
  18. i have an usamps md1d and its got plenty of power. i run a re audio sx and does 1000 rms so its plenty i still have stock alt. and bat. and it barely dims the light the only problem i have had is if i dont fully crank the s-10 and just turn the key and leave it on it studder cranks
