  1. If he has the basic epic center that you mount in the trunk then yes it does not have an off position at all, regardless where control knob is. If you look at the device or the manual it tells you that, once it has a signal from the remote start it is turned on and always on thats why I got an Epic-160 so i can turn it on and off when I please. Honestly i really dont see how you can bypass it at all unless you unhook the signal going to or coming from the epiccenter. Regardless if you change subsonic filters or not it will still control the music and add bass to tracks.
  2. Brutality. But, I learned something right here. I thought it was like 'roids for your sub signal
  3. Yes I meant the dash, everyone can see the tweeter mount in the dash I was referring too.
  4. epic-160 is not meant for current music especially rap with heavy basslines. Why would you want to add bass to a song that already has it?
  5. The SA v.2's will be worth the wait you are wrong, why would he create a new version to sell along side the outdated older version. Im sure he will finish off his supply of v.1's before he brings out the v.2s
  6. I would personally unscrew the mounting plate of the previous tweeter and use it to make a template out of cardboard or a piece of wood, that way you can still mount the tweeter in the dash. Once you get your cutout the same shape as the previous tweeter's hardware then cut out a hole for your new tweeters and presto your done.

Go with the 15'' since you only have enough room it
  8. x2, looks real good and will look even more badass once you get some more of those chrome accent pieces off.
  9. Just stating facts bruh bruh
  10. nice. do you have t/s specs on them? Nope. Actually he does have them he just said he wont be releasing them to the public in another thread posted a few days back.
  11. Yeah I jam some Michael Jackson on my system too, it sounds so good with the Epic-160
  12. Actually it is very competitive, go to a shop and try and get some Kicker Hyperflex wire and see how much they will charge you by the foot $7.00 or more. Wire is just like amps, some may be better than others at a higher price and some may be equal to other lower cost brands with a higher price tag. Its up to you to make the decision to buy it, everything that is sold is not meant for everybody to buy it albeit price, personal preference and so on. Just my .02 If you dont think its worth it trust me somebody will, there are a lot of customers who shop off brand loyalty. They could care less about product X or Y being cheaper because they know product A has great value, quality, performance and the company's customer service is top notch.
  13. If you want an exact number of what the amp can do then call Nick @ Incriminator Audio, he is a very helpful dude and will gladly assist you.
  14. riveting tale chap. Whats a grandpal, is that on a higher level than best friend for life?
  15. Of course the video is for shits and giggles but seriously how many vehicles that do 170 dbs or better are heavily reinforced or modified to an extent where they are not your normal stock daily drivers. Even people who are at high 150's to 160's have major problems with structural failure that gets worse over time.
  16. Trust me thats how I got into car audio myself, let some clowns at Best Buy do a radio and system install to only have me tweaking it every so often cause of there stupidity.
  17. Wire definitely looks nice, cant wait to see some pricing to do some comparisons. watts
  18. On top of doing it they decided to use a splitter on the remaining channel and not tell me. My front stage was running off of a single channel on a two channel amp. The worst part about this was that it was all new equiptment that I bought from THEM. They broke my A pillar, used 8 gauge for a 1000 watt amp. I had to go to work after I picked up the car, so I couldn't bring it back until the next day. They denied it all and said I must have done it after I left. That was when I was 16 and the reason I learned how to do things myself. I know most people change amp or headunit settings after they leave a shop but honestly who would change out amp wire or speakers in the A-pillars, if that was the case then why even bring it to the shop and let them install it in the first place. Fucking morons I swear
  19. So can we still get the bl's with the 4" coil? Right now it doesnt look like it since that option is not available on the website.
  20. Nice build log, what speakers are on the 100.4?
  21. Nice review, I cant wait to get some real power on mine as well.
  22. Depending on the pre-out voltage of the headunit, the gain being at halfway me be too high.
  23. I wont post on a thread but I will post in a thread where I choose to, if you dont like it then dont make the thread to begin with. You mad bro?
  24. I meant for it to be a venting thread but noone saw that I guess. I know it's everywhere. Befuckinglieeeeveeee me, i know lol. It's a shame, all you can do it deal with it. So why make a thread, follow your own advice and deal with it. Im am venting just not in your favor or this so-called threads favor. Im not gonna come on here and vent about something useless that really didnt bother me in the first place or something i have no control over.
