Do you think getting a 15" will be loud enough, yes it will increase your output but it wont be too much. Maybe 2-12"s might be the route, how much room do you have for an enclosure? Are you looking for a big increase in output?

Your port location is fine and actually it has been doing well in trunk cars to have a side firing port. Yeah turn that box around and you will enjoy it more.

You thought about a 15" with a removable port for daily and spl purposes since it seems like your limited on space.
