  1. Front battery came stock with an AGM but it was approaching 6 years old and getting low. Finally got around to upgrading it. NorthStar 94R
  2. Or Rear Battery Position #2. It goes back in the cubby another 1" - 1.5". Excuse the clutter
  3. Rear Battery Position #1 Excuse the clutter.
  4. We are here to help so ask as many questions as needed. Cant wait to see the build log man.
  5. I finally got around to removing those two pieces of electrical tape that covered the holes from Hyundai emblem.
  6. Just picked up my secondary (trunk) battery box from being covered in bed liner. Now I just need to find some room for back there for this and another amplifier.
  7. Crazy how Hyundai made all of the lights LED but three of them, these vanity lights were the last ones needing to be swapped out.
  8. Stevens is Eric Stevens, the guy who used to work at ID that made the horns. He branched off and has been doing Audio under Stevens Audio for a couple of years now.
  9. What are you crossing your speakers at if you dont mind me asking? I currently have 2 Evil mids and 2 SB Acoustic tweeters on my 150.4.
  10. Trunk light replaced with Festoon LED bulb from Diode Dynamics. Old bulb on the left in the second picture, new LED bulb on the right. I wanted a Blue LED but they were out of stock.
  11. Im definitely glad it is easy to maneuver but still has tons of options and features I haven't even began to tinker with. Im learning and having fun so that's a plus.
  12. DSP Tuning Session Picture 1 - Tweeter Settings Picture 2 - Midbass Settings Picture 3 - Subwoofer Settings This process is dope as hell and it's very interesting to see how speakers react to different crossover points(Hz) as well as crossover slopes(db). Sitting in my car for hours already tuning just to find a spot to turn it up and not disturb others as well. Butterworth for mids and tweets, Linkwitz Riley for sub.
  13. Thanks for the input. After playing with it some more I like the Butterworth for the Front Stage and LR for Sub Stage.
  14. Butterworth vs Linkwitz Riley crossover network or pros and cons of either or? Im a beginner just looking for input and im doing research on my end as well. Thanks guys
  15. Some light weight tuning with basic crossovers just to get some sound in the car for now, didnt feel like tinkering with it all night. SB Acoustics Tweeters 2000Hz @ 24db SSA Evil Mids 70-2000Hz @ 24db on SSA IC150.4 Amp. Fi Sp4 25-60Hz @ 24db no sub amp yet.
  16. The picture is pretty clear without any adjustments, excuse the glare in the images.
  17. All done for now. Its getting too hot outside to turn the DSP on an tune the speakers will do all that later on tonight but she is working. Amp DSP both have green light action.
  18. Thanks man. I actually went back yesterday and got the front two windows 5% just like the back windows. Literally just finished up the radio install 30 minutes ago. Buttoning that up as well, pictures to commence once done.
  19. Almost every bulb in my car is a LED besides the license plate lights, trunk light and the vanity lights. Changed the license plate light and waiting on other lights to get here. This helped with back-up camera during reverse at night.

Cant see pictures on the google drive but that tint will come in handy within the next few months. Got mine done earlier this month myself
  21. New dedicated radio ground than just relying on the wiring harness. I do this in every vehicle I install an aftermarket h/u in.

Congrats on the new wheels, let's see some pictures of this bad boy
  23. Crutchfield.com are the real MVPs, probably was on the phone with these guys for 4 or 5 hours yesterday finishing up this radio install. Tapping into wires on factory harnesses by peeling the skin/insulation off to expose the bare copper just to wrap a wire around it, I had to do this 3 times (very tedious). Wires were taped together and ziptied so this Texas heat wont unstick the tape. But the radio is finally wired, just need to put the dash back together.
