  3. I never thought I would say it but 10,000 watts is too much power in my eyes, but to each its own (you fellas have fun with these amps).
  4. Bought me a sheet for my 15" for $26 and they made the cuts for me for free, saved me time and made it easier to fit in a car since I dont have a truck.
  5. Depends on your space you have available for the enclosure, and your goals. Based off of our suggestions, if you go with a trio of 10's for example, right aroud 3 to 3.5 cubes tuned in the 32hz range would be a great start if you went ported. If 12's, then 6 cubes would be great ported. x2, that is how you choose what subs and how many subs you want to run. The best thing to do is go measure your max dimenisons (height x width x length) and figure out your maximum cubic feet you have available before displacement (subs, port and bracing).
  6. There are a few members who charge for designs then you have some that will help you with a design if you provide the size of the enclosure you want and tuning frequency if you want it ported. You can give the max dimensions of the area you have to work with and that will help to get you started on getting closer to a box design.

  10. You and me both, Spring is my favorite season since it warms up and then it leads into Summertime (nothing but fun and girls in shorts and dresses:woot: )

, you got me too pumped up about this sub man.
  12. 2 more months till sunlight till 9pm.
  13. Not a problem.
  14. If budget isnt a problem then I would go Xcons, it gives you some extra thermal handling and the option to upgrade in the future if need be. Depends on budget, Xcons are superior to Icons (Icons are great subwoofers as well and both will be optimal in your application).
  15. I dont know if they do or not, one of the dealers on here is BKOLFO4 (pm him, he is very helpful).
  16. You got to get them through a dealer like the rest of there products but yeah your right they arent on the website.
  17. x2, test that Sundown to make sure it is working and then walk away with a good amp at a steal of price.
  18. After I figure out if I want to use brad nails or screws, then decide on how I want to seal it (liquid nails, titebond II or silicone) and go buy some clamps then I will be in there like swimwear. I would of made it today but damn sure didnt want to in 20 degree weather.
  19. I couldnt get this box perfectly straight for nothing but all pieces are cut to right dimensions so its just me bad at finding ways to keep a mock box up on its on (first time trying this).
  20. Chop, Hope your wife gets better and your family are in my prayers, keep your head man.
  21. Well if you have the space for it go for the 18", it will be louder than the 15" in the right enclosure. Personally it is gonna come down to a compromise, either get the 18" and hope you have that vehicle for a long time or get the 15". Personally since I want an SUV so bad just to have an 18" in there I would or it would be 2-15"s so that is just me.
  22. True just dont want to go to far, good xspower under hood another in trunk if needed. You will be fine with just one XS Power battery (contact Nathan at XS Power for what battery you will need), make sure you get a volt meter and do the Big 3 (just monitor your voltage from there).
  23. Taking your rear speakers out sounds like your best bet and porting through the rear deck can help out as well.
