No need to have two different drivers the same size playing with one another. Just add another evil if you feel neccesaary but dont mix drivers.

Processing is a mini and mids are seas er18s. Cant speak on his mounting locations.

Im just a fan of tweeters being in a higher location. Kinda seems to raise the stage height. Why not horns or a line array of full ranges/tweeters in A-Pillars?

I would just put the tweeters in the A-Pillars and throw two 6.5"s per door.

A large format tweeter has a bigger mounting flange than normal tweeters.

Subs play lower then their fs, what does your enlosure look like as it could be the culprit.

Try playing couple of your songs that dont give you the output you want on your friends phone and see if it makes a difference.

How much longer till we get a frequency graph for these mids?

We know you heard high dollar setups, we know you built many systems, we know you tune and install systems. We know you have a spl setup that isnt installed but you kept throwing it our faces like it was up and running. We seen your installs and they arent that great. Experience and learning dont always go hand in hand. I have never seen someone have to give their accreditation everytime they are wrong. Wrong is wrong, open your mind and just accept that car audio is not your expertise as you once stated. Learn, listen with the intent to understand and not with the intent to respond. Nobody is attacking you either so get off your high horse. I wouldnt be doing installs if I were you until I learned more but its not my cars you are working on.

Could you run a direct comparison between the two, that would be helpful. I wish we could get a frequency graph just like most other raw driver companies offer, I would be more inclined to purchase it just my opinion.

Why the bass boost? I never use bass boost.

We are in the same boat, I love my SB17s and would like to compare them as well to these Evil mids.

This is why nobody respects your opinions. He knows what he wants and wouod like to stick to 12"s. But the first thing you advise him to do is run 18"s. OP what is your budget on subs? Wall or blowthrough might help you achieve your goals.

Be carefull with the tight rca's as they cause problems with people ripping out rca jacks or messing them up.
