I wouldn't do two 15''s in 4.25 cubes, that the size for a dual 12" enclosure. Subs in too small of an enclosure will not perform like the subs in their correct airspace.

By the way a longer port wont raise tuning, it does the opposite and lowers tuning frequency.

How can you read that? Yes I have the black background as well. Just select the text like you are going to copy and paste it, it will be highlighted and readable.

Modeling will tell you what will give you the deepest bass (whatever that means), modeling will also tell you whether you will gain output but increasing your enclosure by 0.5cubic feet. An extra half cube should up output but probably not by that much, usually people use polyfill to make a sealed enclosure seems bigger than it really is.

Im not a fan of buying used as you never know the abuse it has been put through, not saying you cant find gems when buying used. Do you have access to a DMM to measure the coils.

Well you should go active then, it shouldn't be that hard to get down. Tuning can be fun as well. 150 watts, didnt know the Barbara Ann put out that much power if that's still the amp you are using.

Me too since their site doesn't say a sealed box is recommended for them.
I use plastidip when I'm done as well. But im referring to the process before attaching the terminal to the car.
