  1. With sky high your just paying for a name, nothing special about it at all.
  2. Beast mode, somebody is in the right gear for SBN.
  3. Why does everyone try to come up with a lame nickname for this company?
  4. Cableguy 184, those analogies were meh at best..... Dangrebel stop being naive, we all know you like the company but im sure PSI doesnt have exact soft parts for every sub out there. I could care less but what does it matter who someone send their recone too? Its their sub to do what they want with, if they want non factory parts so be it. You guys are arguing over nothing. Some people will use PSI at the end of the day for what ever reason and some people wont, that simple
  5. I get earfuls of shit for talking about wanting to tune low. But I love me some lows, I'm excited to hear how it turns out! Tuning low for the hell of it vs getting a flat response are two different things.
  6. Another nice looking enclosure, I knew you were up to something ramteid.
  7. Diehard Platinum FTW
  8. As far as what you have installed in the vehicle car audio wise would work wonders in us answering your question?
  9. It still wouldn't matter people don't even know what business days are so these complaints will happen regardless.
  10. Some of yall are cry babies. Don't order anything if your not patient enough to wait for it and also get an understanding of business days as well. I wish these type of threads weren't allowed, I can understand bad customer service but being in your feelings is another thing.
  11. I wouldn't use the DD-1 period but to each its own.
  12. Im guessing your running active, try backing the gain down on the tweets some. Or playing with the HPF to get to your likings, Im guessing its either a tuning or placement/install issue.
  13. Do you need any Texas plates?
  14. Depends if you plan on playing with your car off or no, so yes it would be important to have if you play your system with the car off.
  15. My favorite components are Hertz HSK165XL, but everybody doesn't like the same thing so its kinda hard to take ones input. Arc Audio Arc Series are good too. Just a couple to look into, but like stated before ditch the rears and only worry about the front doors.
  16. Thanks! I really did enjoy building it. I hadn't done any amount of woodworking in quite a few years. I would change just one thing, the glue I used. I went with liquid nails, which doesn't sand very well. I'll weigh the whole unit when I take it out soon, as I'm curious. What you think, about 160lb? JAy-Cee: You have me considering swinging by Sears today after work. $100 less per battery sounds good! What do you have for electrical in the Acura?? Nothing in the Acura at the moment besides big 3 and agm under hood, everything besides the front stage is ripped out as im planning on upgrades and a new car. All batteries from here on out will be from Sears, those Diehard Platinums are the way to go. Yeah I would definitely go buy Sears and grab a g31 or two.
  17. http://www.sears.com/diehard-platinum-marine-battery-group-size-31m-price/p-02850131000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1 Best bang for your buck. Just depends on shipping, also look into the Crescendo Logic g31 battery as well. XS are great batteries but I wouldnt say best bang for your buck, nothing wrong with them at all.
  18. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/61361-bc3500d-current-drawelectrical-needs/ Give that a read, it will help answer your questions. In short a g31 battery in the trunk will help but it depends on listening habits really. The best way to see if your happy with the voltage is to install and see how it responds. If you want less voltage drop then another g31 in the rear should do the trick.
  19. When are the hds300 gonna be back in stock?
  20. My demo next... looking good Myers, trunk is almost ready for SBN
  21. Or maybe he doesn't get on here everyday all day like some of us, ill sure he will check back soon.
  22. That's what the picture shown me without you even needed to explain, basshead trunk problems. Simple as that
  23. Northstar's are good batteries, only way to tell is to install and see how the voltage responds. If not then you have two options: 1. Sell the NS battery and buy a group31 for the rear. 2. Sell the Duralast under the hood, replace with the NS group34 and get a matching NS group 31 for the rear.
  24. What are the outer dimensions of the enclosure? tuned in
