It seems that RF makes amplifiers for subs in low tuned box. 30-33hz is good for music. I like it like that ! It may not be the best for high db numbers.

Are you sure they have Icons in stock ? I would do the Xcon ported on 2000 watts (be smart with the gain). The best choice would be 2 Icons ported on 2000 watts !

They do look nice, for sure. But I've never read great reviews on them. There is a review of a Bravox set here. Find it and read it before buying anything.

I've never used these amps and speakers, but they look decent. I would try the Bravox set just because I know they make good products, and they're from Braaaaaaziiiiiil ! For a budget install, why do you want 2 subs ? One 10" or 12" can be enough. You did not talk about sound deadening, did you ? Good luck, and post pics if you can !

Find what is making the noise and put some rubber between the parts that are moving. It worked for me so far. But my sub is firing up and the port through the side of the trunk.

A Sundown 125.2 is a 2 channels amp, so it will be a good option for a single set of components. Try a 4 channel amp for 4 speakers. You don't need the rear, but if you decide to keep them, why do you want a worst set there ? You could keep the same set to have the same sound. Maybe you can keep the rear speakers if they're in the rear doors, but if you want to put them on the rear deck (or the hatch cover) forget it : the bass will destroy them quickly ! Just my 2 cents. I took my rear speakers off and only kept a set of focal 165 KP in the front doors. No change at all, because I couldn't hear the rear at all with my 15" Xcon ! and now, I can use for my front speakers : they love it ,...so far !

Sir Lancelot told you what to do . That amp will not hurt your electrical. Do the Big 3 (search big3 on the forum) if you want to be really safe. Use 0 ga wire from your hood battery to the back. You will not need a second one in the back with less than 1000 watts rms ! And yes, SSD or BL.

I think the bl should be louder than the icon and the Q. I don't know nothing about the RE. But the box is the most important part.
