  1. I am down there every other week with work for a day. Going down there for vacation June 5th - 12th. Beer, Beach, and Boobs.
  2. Damn how did I miss this one. Looks great. I agree on Fosgate. Great stuff that never let me down in all my years running them. Should be crazy when you finish.
  3. What camera did you get Mark? Video looks good. I did the same to my HID's. After one week that blue purple shit had to go. Don't know WTF I was thinking when i did that. The white looks MUCH better and it is brighter too. WIN!
  4. Where is it man? You sleep walking or what?
  5. Tuned in.
  6. Up your budget by $40 and you can have a 100.4 Mash Here Edit to add I like the MB Quart 4125 I am running now. Got mine for $160 shipped. Hell good deal.
  7. No, thats me. I was in MB on Wednesday.
  8. hahaha yours is the exception! That gp pro eats most amps for breakfast lunch and dinner. ohhh, a 1200 watt hifonics brutus is close to your budget and I'm sure it'll put out over 1000 @ 1 ohm.
  9. It is bottoming out because you are clipping the hell out of it would be my guess.
  10. Sounds good. You will love the XCONS.
  11. Take notes and take your own music. Where in SC are you?
  12. A speaker's impedance changes with frequency and the amplifier's output voltage is affected by its input voltage
  13. CCX65 ? Are you looking at ID? I dont know what that is. Remember to include deadener and materials to seal up the doors in your budget. A great set of comps will not deliver unless you give them a solid install. Materials add up so keep that in mind. You can make a budget set of comps sound pretty damn good if you give them a good install. I suggest goign to a shop and listening to some sets. See what you like and dont like and narrow it down from there. you dont have ot buy them form there but it will give you a nice start towards picking out somehting you will like.
  14. Tuned to around 33hz, 6cf per. You have plenty of space for your batts and amps. Might could even go a little bigger on the enclosure too if you wanted too. That was all I could get with the 3rd row in there, but I am VERY happy with the results. 18's in a proper enclosure and still have room for 7, life is good.
  15. Buy one nice set for the front. Adding coax to the rear wont make it any louder. What have you listened to that you like? Dont like?
  16. And would he hear a difference between the "cheapo" maxxsonics and something else OP you could wire it up and get the RMS you need. Like 2ohm or 4ohm. your amp would love you long time if you did so.
  17. My Maxxsonic product does more then rated.
  18. Those are so damn sexy. Shock and awe some people with those bad boys. What are they going in?
  19. Your build log is amazing!!! It is really going to help with all of the detailed, quality, step by step pictures and descriptions. I wanted to see someone fiberglass those doors and fit an 8 in there :: That box does look really good, do the ports along the bottom affect the sound since it is so close to the back, it almost seems like it would act as another port lol. What are the dimensions of that box again? 49.5 x looks to be 28 x whats the depth, yes that was an odd way of asking. The reason I ask is because I would need to fit my batts in front of the box, behind the seat, as well as my amps, unless I use the space to the sides to hold some of that. Wonder if I could just slightly change it by changing the horizontal to vertical slot ports and what effect that would have, I would at least have a spot for my amp rack and batteries. Thank you for the kind words. The ports are fine, no chuffing at all. Looks closer in the pics then it really is. The hatch slants so it's closer at the top than the bottom. One thing I did but didn't take pics of on my build was adding deadener to the hatch and a layer of 1/2" dynaliner foam between the hatch and the plastic trim. That helped out a bunch. The box is 49.5w x 27.25h x 28.5d. Ports are 4 x 22.5 90sq" each. Box is double walled everywhere except the bottom. Each sub has it's own chamber. I don't know how much room is behind the rear seats on yours, sorry. If I took out the third row, I could add 2 more 18's in mine and dont think the thought has not crossed my mind. lol The box has a nice flat response, moves a good bit of air, and it gets loud. It is a very nice ground pounder set up. Very musical.
  20. Yes you will and you will send me a shirt too.
  21. Check out my build on page 3. Shoot me your email if that one will work. Sounds fucking great and was designed by one of the best around.
