They did and everyone who did was very surprised how loud they get. Nowhere near as loud as I am now tho. You are correct the 18's are sick! Thanks man. I got some updates to do on this. I have the 18's installed now for a little while now and DAMN they are so badass. They make it hard to drive when I have them at full tilt. I swear my eyeballs are vibrating. Very loud, but as with the 15's so precise and tight. They absolutely kill the lows and my truck too. lol I will get some updated pics and a vid up over the weekend.

The tweeters do have a blue LED that bounces off the woofers mirror cone. Everyone knows blue sounds better. Blue light special baby.

I vote for the SSD. I would try to port it if you can. I bet you could still have it nice and stealthy and would get more output to get you loud.

Check what you have the sub(s) wired to. Where is the amp grounded and how? What is your electrical?

Goosebumps are a good thing. Sounds like you did well. I have been following your build as well as Randal's for some ideas. My tweeters are currently in the kick and I am not real happy with them there. I am thinking I may try some of your tricks and put them in the pillars for a listen. Congrats on finding a way to make it to your show. Hopefully next time you will have some competition to kick ass on.

Have you seen this build? Team Decent "Punisher" Build - SSA Car Audio Forum - Page 5 XCONS little brothers putting up a 151.2@25hz and they are still tuning. I would ask SSA about HT, but I see no reason why they would not kick ass.
