Shit HAPPENS. I've dealt with Quentin before and customer service can't get any better. I was having problems with my set up when he offered to fix the enclosure again, Did I mention it was FREE and he was willing to put himself in more debt for my satisfaction. That's ALOT of frustration and work on his part. Also he said he was having problems with UPS. He must be using all fingers and toes to keep ya'll satisfied, so just give him some space and time. BTW, the problem was not his problem it was my own which was fixed.

AudioQue in general is known for best bang for your buck. It's known to put out rated power. I currently own a 12" AQ HDC3 and played it in a prefab box and it sounded great and loud. Now I need to finish my custom box to really get it bangin' But those amps should do good,

X2. This unit has no built-in amplifier for door speakers, so only if you're using amps to power all speakers then you should get it. If not I'd look into in Pioneer Premier 800PRS at SonicElectronix.

That's what I would do. Just make it a few inches longer than it should and cut what you dont need. I always ask but everybody says " Try it on sketchup".

The sub is going to be a 12" AudioQue HDC3 Which I already own. Its 52 Pounds.

I cut out a piece of cardboard that was 21" Wide X 12.5" Length/Depth. This is still a comfortable position. Way better than my 10" box. So my only question is do you guys think the Sub will be supported good enough with double baffle?

No sir I'm not. I'm 5 Ft. 10 In. Tall. And it's not 12.5" Top & Bottom Depth. Top depth is like 6.5" or 6" bottom depth is 12.5". And I still fit comfortably. (Pics Below) Here is somewhat of design. (There will not be an upfiring slot port, it will be a 6" aero firing out the side.) Measurement (Bottom Depth) P.S.- If I do Forward Firing then I'll have to to a Fiberglass Base to gain some Cu. Ft. over the darn Hump.
