  1. i believe that has a fixed SSF at 25 hertz? so if you can tune around that you should be fine. just be careful on the gains and volume knobs so you dont send too much power to the sub at the lower volumes and have it bottom out and die.
  2. holy shit... lol 48 subs! keep up on the pics!

haha saying that is the only fail about that topic. Is it that hard to get a custom order through the phone/email? that way you get exactly what you want and can get all your questions answered without the trouble of getting something you ordered online and it turns out not to suit your needs at all. See that big CONTACT button on their site, did you try that one? here ya' go http://www.ascendantaudio.com/contact.php there are multiple dealers on here as well. through that link you can get set up with the dealer closest to you (if there are none close, dont worry! you can contact any of them to order ) GL with your purchase, and remember to post up what you get and your install!
  6. very nice. keep up the good work!
  7. Eminem - cold wind blows
  8. dont forget location, location, location. what they want to do to their doors/pods to position the speakers. how much fab work they want to do.
  9. its not to listen to every single set out there. its more of an idea of what you like to listen to. metal or soft dome tweeters, paper or CF mids. The different materials and such will play a role in what you want to listen to. but if you do find something you do like enough to buy then that's even better!

  11. most daily boxes are about 30-35 fart boxes depend on the car.

Welcome! What do you mean by that? if you think that your sub needs more power to perform, thats not true. you cant under power a sub.
  13. do you have the same color power and ground wire? glad it all worked out
  14. Thanks for clearing that up for me!
  15. pretty neat. do you have a machine you use, or did you special order them from somewhere? are they any thicker than normal stickers?
  16. i thought only alts make the power? batteries are a large storage for the power, no? (i didnt put the negative rep on your post, im just curious.) But other than that question X2 on the rest of the post
  17. normal batteries aren't meant for the deep release and charge that large systems can put on them, that's why we install "deep-cycle" batteries. they are designed to keep up with the constant ups and downs of high powered systems. Don't get a capacitor. A larger starter battery one in the back (if it's still needed) will do you much better.
  18. Good luck to ya'! My box is still holdin' on strong, a year later.
  19. I've seen nothing but positive reviews of people running them sealed. give us max. dimensions you have to work with and someone can tell you what kind of box you are looking at ported. you never know, you could have the room. but from the reviews I've read i wouldn't be scared to seal them up.
  20. Eminem - Untitled (Recovery album)
  21. like i said. the more information you give us the better
  22. System of a Down - lonely Days
  23. ummmm no? you will save yourself some money if you buy the right amp first, not start with a cheap one that will break. is this your first system? if so i would have a goal much lower than 8k. start with something small to learn from and gain some experience so you dont kill a sub that costs hundreds of dollars, and another hundred for a recone kit. you need to put an electrical budget in this build as well. with that big of numbers going through your head you are getting into a very costly build, which is why i, again, recommend starting slowly.
