  1. aren't you thinking of thumpper? this is fisher customs, not PTS maybe im mixed up lol
  2. just freehand the dremel, after you measure and draw your circle it doesnt need to be exactly perfect, just to let your speaker through, and have enough room to mount it
  3. that pod looks amazing on that door. nice wrap job cant wait to see a speaker in there! i just joined FGF the other day. lots of cool stuff over there.
  4. i hate mine. they dont get tight, threads stripped super easily, and dont fit all the way down the terminal. just seem poorly built, other than its a solid chuck of metal haha i would go with the autozone ones if i could do it again. save some money damn how hard are yall tightening the threads on the battery terminals? I havent stripped the threads or anything like that. Battery terminals have never moved or slide up and down like i said, they stripped super easily. i replaced with a larger screw and they work just OK now.

  6. looks good
  7. wow, never thought that it would be such a big difference. i was thinking of doing this type of box, but with subs up, port back. maybe i should change my mind. never thought it would change so much. it sill looks sick, and those subs are going to be amazing.
  8. i'd rather check my deck every ten seconds than my speed/tach any day. Nice swap lol
  9. missed last weekend, and now its a new weekend. whats new?
  10. You are referring to the 9pt+ questionnaire that you need to answer in order to ask a question to get the correct response. most mods have the link in their sig. Denim has it. page 2 of this thread (dog as his avatar) the more information and goals you want the better, more specific answer you will get. if you give vague questions, you will get vague answers. and told to read those rules again lol. You dont need to hit every point on every question, just know when you need to.
  11. even if you're at 13 do it its good for the whole car's electrical, not just the system you have going. bigger wire=less resistance= easier on electronics.
  12. Jensen's? oh, ouch! That's mean haha
  13. np post and learn away! lol just remember the posting guidelines to get the answers you seek.
  14. no 45*s? where are the videos?!
  15. i would say... here
  16. less resistance=higher voltage=easier on the amps if you are going to upgrade your amp power wire to 1/0 there is no reason not to do it to your b 3 as well.
  17. 1" Plexi hybrid horn with etched aluminum bracing from PTS, and i'm just waiting on him... going to be sick! that'l be a good build to watch, for sure
  18. the warn status is just to let the mods. see an idea of any past trouble you've been in or something like that. be nice and you wont have to deal with it! haha welcome!
  19. i can abuse test these make me want to sell my BL and get a pair
  20. those things look sick. when will they be open to the public? love the smooth cone!
  21. like i said before. i would upgrade the power wire and big 3 in 1/0 and remove the cap. install the new voltage meter and see how bad your voltage is then. if needed go for a second battery (wouldn't hurt anyways, but no reason to get it if you dont need it, eh'?)
  22. testing voltage? i have my volt meter set up to my amp, so i can see exactly what it it receiving. when i say volt meter i mean something like this wire that to the amp
  23. i would say take the cap out. upgrade to 1/0 gauge wire. get a new volt meter, and do the big 3 in the 1/0 as well, see what that does for you.
  24. how do you know the alt isn't big enough? i would say it is for only ~1400 watts, epically with two batteries. get a volt meter and see what your voltage does with the two batteries, you should do this with just the one battery to see if you even need the second. take it one step at a time, should save you money in the long run. Dont forget to do the Big three as well! Hope That Helps Edit: damn, you guys are too quick, see next post lol
