You don't have to use all the power, it will be much easier on your electrical if you don't as well. Headroom is a good thing, and you will have a bit of that. There is no need to try to push every bit you can at a sub, they have an rms rating for a reason.

I'm not sure if the brand would be the same, but the idea may still be there.

On a couple forums i read, crxcommunityforum and d-series. net, they both highly recommend NGK v-power. They are about 2$ each, while the more expensive (~10$ each) aren't worth it.

Even a flat, rectangle shape of a deck would be easier to mount than a bowl? haha is there any reason other than to make it look like a driver or something?

That Xover is crazy looking. Why didn't they go with a normal shape, that just seems like a pain to mount somewhere.

Just trying to make money. Most people would make the same move. You have to do something to grow as a company, no reason to see the product as "cheap" because they have a lot of distributors.

lol, i've had subs in the trunk before and it sounds like crap due to lack of deadening. i won't be deadening this vehicle because it's only temporary and i'll have another vehicle soon. What about safety and security reasons? when i had my sub in a trunk it only sounded bad outside, which i didn't hear so i didnt care

does it damage anything? sometimes i get that as well, scares me. i always turn the volume down to like 3 to try and avoid it.

All of your motors are "DB", where did you get that from? they should just be d-series, and if that's so then i suggest going to d-series.org and search around there. There is a ton of information over there. but as far as i know you can swap engines with trannys and all, there may just be some modifications that need to be done.
