No biggie, I wasn't the least bit worried about it. Still think it was really nice of you to let me know though, that's what I call great customer service.

Bravox CS603CF's back in stock
All I gotta say is HOLY CRAP! What a set! These got here Tuesday and thanks to work I've not been able to get my hands on them until this morning and I must say I'm quite impressed. First, by the weight, they're heavy and at 23lbs shipping weight according to the UPS label they're heavier than an SA-8. Second was the size, the box is the biggest I've ever seen for a component set as you'll see in the pictures. Speaking of which, here they are: If you notice the two white boxes in the upper left of the picture, those are color laser printer toner cartridge boxes. Kinda gives you some perspective on the size of the box. Here you see them in the box, notice the plastic wrap is a little torn. Another reason I love the guys here at SSA, Aaron told me about the slightly torn plastic before he shipped them out. Who else does that? Not many I would imagine, Aaron, you're the best! It's hard to really grasp the size of the box, until you give it something show just how big it is. As you can see next to the box for the CS60K's it's quite large. They sure are a beautiful set. The tweeter and midrange both have very nicely machined aluminum rings around them. The crossover weighs as much as the midrange and tweeter combined. It's built very well IMHO. The midbass is quite a work of art. I doubt the picture can show it very well but the tinsel leads are sewn down to the spider with a soft sleeve on them to help prevent noise in the event they contact the cone. The machined aluminum frame is very nice and clean as well. These are without a doubt the nicest components I've ever owned and I'm REALLY itchin' to get them installed. The build quality is very nice, and the fit and finish is just about as good as it gets. Due to the design of the midrange and tweeter the mounting options will be limited to flush mounting which could be a problem for some, however if you're looking at a set in this price range chances are your installation skills can handle it anyway. At any rate, I just wanted to share with you all just how nice the set is, hopefully I'll be able to give my thoughts on just how good they sound here asap.

My Mind Is Blown
None of the stores around here allow multiple coupons. That's really where and why these people are able to get so much for so little IMO. That and a little bit of obsessiveness, or a lot. It looks to me like some of the people on the show just really get off on being able to do that much shopping for so little. Others though, are doing a fantastic job providing for their families on very little. I know if they allowed multiples on coupons around here my wife would be able to clean up good, and god knows I need it considering there's me, her, my 4 kids, my little brother and now his girlfriend all living in one house. :suicide-santa: :suicide-santa: :suicide-santa:

I don't want to lose lower notes
All great suggestions, really. Only problem I see is that 4 12's are going to use as much space, if not more than 2 15's due to the extra space taken by the 2 extra motors. If space was a problem with the 2 15's I fail to see how 4 12's are going to gain you anything except a skint more cone area. Just kind of stands to reason to me that you'll still have problems porting to the rear. Now going the route of 4 10's would still yield great output, still hand out the low notes, and be much more reasonable on the required space. Just my .02

All new ZED amplifiers
LOL!! I'm in the same boat you are. Hell, I may still get caught on the purchase of the 603's!

All new ZED amplifiers
^^^ My thoughts exactly guys. If I hadn't already blown my surplus audio budget on components, amps and other stuff plus the addition of another load of cash I'd buy me up a bunch of ZED amps like these.

Bringing this thread back from the depths... So, have you gotten enough listening time in on them to maybe give a more in depth review of these yet? Your review on the CS60CF's was fantatstic, I'd love to hear your opinions on the 603's now that you've had them awhile.

distortion--what exactly is it?
Distortion, by definition, is any change in the output that makes it different from the source, in the simplest of terms. It doesn't have to be clipping, induced noise from nearby electronics, bad input or output devices and components can cause it. Basically anything OTHER than a change in amplitude would fall under the definition of distortion, again in the simplest of terms. That's always been my understanding of it, after 6 years of electronics classes I hope that's right. LOL.

Opinions for SQ setup
I have worked with fiberglass a little. Ive always wanted to do custom door panels but honestly im scared ill mess something up. My truck is my daily driver and the only vehicle I have. As popular as that vehicle is, it would be easy to go around to some junk yards and find matching door panels, buy them and tear up the junk yard ones doing the fiberglass work on them. Then if you get rid of the truck you have the originals in perfect condition to put back on and if you mess up, who cares, just cut it off and try again.
