You will have to flip flop some numbers to get them exactly right. 25hz sounds pretty low to me. A wider port is a good idea as well because 1.5" is a little slim also. I would go about 2-3" on the port width. The enclosure will look really funny and Im not even sure the shape is very optimal. Its possible but... Have you ever thought about glassing to get maximum volume from your trunk?

The same Choas series? 12" and no i actually found a earthquake subzero sbwoofer for 200 Subzero Subwoofers this is a link of it. it has a mounting depth of 7 1/2 Im not able to enter the subzero catagory. I cant see the specs.

That seems a liitle high for the tuning. Maybe a little small for the enclosure as well. Sometimes the specs for mainstream drivers arent always the only way to go.

Instead of going out and spending a bunch of money on a new driver, get a new enclosure for the W7 first. Try building it yourself as you will save a ton of money. Its really not that hard.

Thats a bad ass amp for all the flexibility features.

The JL 1000/1 will do fine on the BTL. For max output on the meter on just your ears? For the meter you can tune the enclosure higher between 40 and 60hz. For a loud ground pounder to the ear, try in the low to mid thirties. What type of enclosure is the W7 in currently? It is fully capable of getting loud and is a very nice driver. Have you tried different enclosure options for it?
