Ok so since I already have cut the second piece I think I will try the single baffle first. Then I can add to it if I feel the need to. Which I probably will. I will use the sticks I bought for the bracing and shave the edges off. On my next box I think I will just use the dowels. Trying to keep this box relatively cheap and simple. No 45's for now so I can finish this thing quickly. The next box will have those instead. Im really thinking about trying to compete in the future so the next box might have everything this one wont. From my understanding of what shizzon is saying is, yes you will have four wires. Pos and neg from one side of the driver to the pos and neg on the amp terminals. Then do the same for the other side of the driver. All four terminals of the amp will be occupied with its respective polarity.

I am ready to finish my box this weekend for my BTL but have a few questions first. When I attach the baffle with the second piece, will the port tuning be changed at all? The top will not be flush after I add the second piece. Ive been looking in the build logs and wherever I can to see if this is what everybody else does. No luck so far. I know its only one side of the port but I want to get it right and not waste wood. Hopefully you guys understand what I am trying to say. I bought like a 2x2 stick for the bracing as it was cheaper than the closet poles. Can I shave off the corners so there isnt such a big edge or should I just go get closet poles? This wont be my final box as Im waiting for the 4500d and will build another when it gets here. I will be using a BXI2006 for the meantime. This box is just to make sure the sub isnt DOA and to test it out basicallly. Also do you guys 45 the horizontal corners as well as the vertical corners? This is only the fourth box Ive ever made by myself and Ive also never made a slot port box before. First time for everything.

on FI's site it says 5-8 cubes each. so i wouldnt go lower then 5 cubes. that says 5cubes minimum per sub, im doing 2, but if you look at setups such as ***** *****, thebtl requires lots of air space and his 4 18s were in a box way smaller than recommended. i want to get a answer soon so i can start building He just told you. 5 cubes minimum. 5x2=10.

If you have never heard of this before then listen up. Im probably a little late on this but oh well. Salvia is an herb that is sold at local head shops around the nation. it is black in color and looks like tobacco with a wet kind of feel. I believe it comes from Mexico in different strengths ranging from 5x-100x. It can be ingested, smoked, and who knows what else. It is known to produce a trance like state of mind kind of like the Indians used to do back in the day. Way back. It is completely legal in all states but luckily on the DEA watch list. I was duped into trying this on my trip to Arkansas about a week or so ago. This guy told me it was like acid but not nearly as long a trip. Just kind of mellow he says. Let me tell you this stuff is pucking crazy! Ive done my fair share of hard drugs, unfortunately, and this salvia puts them to bed hands down. And this shit is legal! Acid and shrooms have nothing on this. NOTHING. Those two things used to be fun. Salvia is not. I took one big hit and within 10-15 seconds, I thought my life was over. I had entered the most realistic, cartoon dreamworld I had ever experienced. I could no longer move as I thought all my limbs were blended into the surrounding tree and fence and my feet were in concrete blocks. The guy that gave it to me was standing in front of me and the whole time I couldnt help but think he was causing all this shit to happen in my head. I was very paranoid and trippin out to say the least. At probably the 1.5-2 min mark, I was starting to get a little scared. It felt and looked so real I thought I wasnt coming back. After about 3-4 min of this I started to come back to reality. Any longer than that and I would have no doubt lost my pucking mind. When I was fully back in my own mind I realized that I was drenched in sweat. I had sweated through my wifebeater, my shirt, and my collered buttonup. I would go to say my central nervous system took a beating. Why this is not illegal is beyond my understanding. IMO this should be classified in the same realm as pcp. Even though Ive never done it, Ive been told its pretty wacky. I can see people on this stuff getting way outta hand. Getting seriously hurt and/or killed.
