  1. Ok couple of things: that fusion amp WILL NOT give you 3000 watts not even on its best of days. if it has 4x40 amp fuses. that 160amps. to figure out wattage out OHMS LAW-- voltage x amperage. let's figure a good voltage of 14.5 -- 14.5 x 160 amps= 2320 watts total. seeing how your probably won't get 14.5 volts constant. it wll be even lower. the run from the front battery to the back battery should be fused twice, one as close to the front battery and the second as close to the back battery as you can. second if you can get zero gauge into the amp.DO IT! Third. You have to do the big three in all zero gauge if possible Fourth. NO ISOLATOR!. in my experience they add resistance and they are not needed unless you plan on bumping while the car is off and you want to spare your starter battery and i wouldn't suggest that.
  2. Yea. You will see alot of cheaper companies want to keep up with the Jones' and throw a huge magnet on speakers, with cheap terminals and leads and the cone will be crap, etc.
  3. I don't think it will blow out any windows. your would need alot of power and high pressure to do that. not from a single 15 or 18 btl

  9. FACT: check this forum and see how many people say yes get a cap to HELP your multi-kilowatt electrical problem. I can't find one maybe you can
  10. This is from shizzzon from another topic like this Now from my experience, caps are a good "buffer" for electrical systems that don't have alot of current passing through, like SQ systems and Tirefryr and SO RIGHT. capacitors are marketed to "stop your lights from dimming" and that is not true cap will ADD stress to the system
  11. Well welcome to the forum and hope you get the help your looking for. What kind of budget are your working with? this will determin what will be going into your setup. The whole mainstream product thing isn't necessarily a bad thing unless you don't know what you are doing with box building and installs. I prefer underground over mainstream companies. (SSA, sundown, Incriminator audio, Fi audio just to name a few.)\ I can guarantee that you will spend less money getting "underground" companies likes the ones listed above and be much happier, than spending that same money and going to your local shop and getting a lot less product
  12. I would say that they are mainly mid range. specifically for voices and mid frequency sounds check out the site SS pro series site Soundstream sm16-90 8ohm frequency response 135-20kHz 95db sensitivity 200 watt max power handling

  21. that pic is acutally from knukonceptz website. so sure help yourself
  22. x2. for a proper setup actually worth something, your going to spend more than $200. the amp and wiring alone will be about that much
